Chapter 196 Camila Had A Child?
Chapter 196 Camila Had A Child?
Blood gushed out, staining the ground bright red.
Claude’s body trembled violently, his eyes bulging wide with pure terror.
“I’m begging you–spare me! I’ll do anything you want. Just let me live.” Claude sobbed, his voice cracking with desperation.
Lucy stood motionless nearby, her gaze icy. Her mind flashed back to Camila lying lifeless on that cold operating table.
“If I spare you, who will bring back Camila? She was born into a wealthy family, meant to live a life of luxury. But you two destroyed everything for her,” Lucy said, her voice low and chilling as her knife kept going.
Claude’s screams tore through the room, each one filled with unbearable agony.
“Camila was such a good person, and now she’s gone forever. What gives you two pieces of trash the right to live? You’re gonna pay–you should burn in hell!” Lucy spat.”
Soon, the room reeked of blood, thick and suffocating.
For three torturous hours, Lucy carved Claude up piece by piece. She kept him awake, making sure he saw every single cut before death took its turn.
Ivanna took in the whole scene, her body going totally rigid. Her eyes were empty–dead and blank, like a broken doll.
Lucy glanced at Claude’s mangled corpse, her face devoid of emotion. She turned to Ivanna and said coldly, “You’re next.”
Instantly, Ivanna snapped out of her daze. “No, please!” she cried, shaking her head frantically as tears streamed down her face. “I’m begging you, spare me.”
Lucy watched her grovel with icy disdain. “So, even monsters like you fear death, huh?”
The cold blade traced a line across Ivanna’s face. She was so scared that she wet herself.
“Don’t worry,” Lucy smiled. “I’ll send you to reunite with your man. I’m sure he’s been missing you terribly.”
The knife gleamed as it descended, reflecting Ivanna’s terrified eyes. Her pupils dilated in panic–she didn’t want to die.
“You–you can’t kill me!” Ivanna suddenly screamed, her voice hoarse and desperate.
Lucy’s hand froze mid–air, the blade stopping just three inches from Ivanna’s eyes.
Ivanna trembled uncontrollably, her eyes locked on the knife tip hovering dangerously close.
“Can’t kill you? Who do you think you are? I’ll wipe out everyone who’s ever hurt Camila.” Lucy’s lips twisted into a cold smile, and the knife inched closer.
Ivanna screamed in panic, “If you don’t kill me, I’ll tell you a secret!”
“A secret? I couldn’t care less. All I want is your life–even if it costs me mine,” Lucy sneered, her eyes bloodshot. She wasn’t about to give Ivanna any chance to escape her fate.
The knife was about to pierce her eye when Ivanna squeezed her eyes shut and shouted, “The secret is about Camila!”
The room went dead silent.
Ivanna waited, trembling, but the pain she expected never came. Slowly, she opened her eyes, only to see the knife tip hovering less than an inch from her face. Her pupils shook in terror, and she quickly shut her eyes again.
Lucy narrowed her eyes, a dangerous glint flashing in them. “Speak. Now.”
Ivanna pressed her lips together, refusing to say a word. As long as Lucy cared about Camila, this secret would be her leverage.
Lucy let out a cold laugh. “Not talking? Fine, I’ll kill you right here and now. Camila’s gone, so what does it matter anymore?”
With that, she drove the knife into Ivanna’s shoulder with a sickening sound.
Ivanna’s screams tore through the air as her eyes snapped open. “Don’t kill me! I’ll tell you everything!”
Lucy pulled the knife back, a cold smirk playing on her lips. “Pathetic. Your next words better be worth my time. If you’re just stalling, I’ll make your death a thousand times worse than Claude’s.”
‘Lucy’s a total monster,‘ Ivanna thought, her heart pounding in terror. She started regretting ever getting mixed up in this mess because of Patricia’s call.
Camila had already let them off once. If they ha Successfully unlocked! none of this would have happened. Regret
consumed Ivanna, but it was far too late. Trem.tighe looked at Lucy and stammered out the secret about Camila. Lucy hadn’t expected much. She was only curious because the secret involved Camila. But after hearing the whole story, Lucy was completely stunned.
“You’re telling me Camila has a two–year–old daughter? Camila was in prison two years ago, and you expect me to believe

Chapter 196 Camila Had A Child?
she had a child?
“Are you messing with me? Not only are you lying to me, but you dare insult Camila even now? I’ll make you wish for deathr Lucy’s voice rose, sharp and furious.
Camila was Lucy’s untouchable boundary, and she would never allow anyone to defile Camila’s name. Lucy’s bloodshot eyes burned with fury, her entire being radiating a terrifying, almost otherworldly menace.
Ivanna’s voice cracked as she met Lucy’s gaze, her words tumbling out. “I’m not lying. I swear it.”
“Still trying to deceive me? Go to hell!” Lucy raised the knife, aiming it directly at lvania’s eye.
Ivanna screamed, “If you kill me, you’ll never find Camila’s child. I’m the only one who knows where she is. That child is Camila’s bloodline, but she didn’t give birth to her.”
Lucy’s hand froze mid–air. Her entire body trembled as she fought to suppress the inferno of rage within her “Explain it.”
“I’ll tell you everything!” Ivanna blurted out. She then started spilling every single detail about the child’s backstory.
Lucy felt like the world was spinning out of control. A sharp pain surged through her chest, and she suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood. Her vision darkened as she screamed, “You’re all monsters!”
She finally understood why her mother had mentioned that Camila hadn’t had a single period since getting out of prison, and why her body was so frail.
It turned out that Camila’s suffering in prison went far beyond the beatings, insults, and the removal of her kidney. During the surgery to remove her kidney, she was injected with ovulation drugs and had a dozen eggs taken from her.
Camila, under anesthesia, had no idea what had been done to her. She thought her deteriorating health was solely due to the kidney removal, completely unaware that her eggs had been taken, leaving her ovaries permanently damaged.
Claude, Ivanna, Arthur, and Agnes–these heartless monsters–had taken her eggs just because they feared Ivanna and Agnes might face kidney issues again. So, they used Camila’s eggs to create children through surrogacy.
The children born from this twisted plan were nothing more than living organ banks. If Ivanna or Agnes’s kidneys failed again, Camila’s child would be there, ready to be harvested for organs whenever needed.
Camila died never knowing the cruelest truth of all–she had a two–year–old daughter.
