He had changed into clean clothes and sat upright on the sofa, his long legs crossed, as if he didn’t know where to put them.

His short hair was still not dry, wet strands sticking to his forehead. His sharp features looked particularly defined under the light, but his eyes held complex emotions, like an ancient well that couldn’t ripple.

“I dismantled the door to get in,” he said unhurriedly.

I pulled my bathrobe tighter, trying not to let myself shiver: “Get out.”

But he had no intention of leaving. He stood up and walked to me, looking down at me from above.

“What exactly are you angry about?”

His tone was very light, as if he just wanted to confirm something from me.
