Ferris’s mind went blank with a thunderous roar.

“Have you sent people to look for them?”

“We’ve searched everywhere, but haven’t seen them.”

Ferris gripped his phone tightly, and in this instant, all his hopes vanished.

After hanging up, he said to the driver with apparent calm: “Drive faster!”

“Yes, sir.”

The driver hadn’t yet realized something was wrong when, less than a minute ater, he was kicked out of the car by Ferris.

Ferris drove himself, flooring the accelerator, driving like a madman toward the nursing home.

On the way, he didn’t forget to call his bodyguards: “Find Aurora immediately,

Though it was only a twenty–minute drive, he felt the journey was exceptionally long.

He dialed Aurora’s number over and over again, but no one answered.

Ferris’s eyes turned red.
