Chapter 235
I stood not far away, watching Simon and Ferris speak in low voices. The next cont, he actually walked toward me
When Simon approached, his face showed none of his usual composure. Behin his gold rimmed glasses, his eyes were red, as if he’d been holding back for a long time.
“Miss Aurora,” his voice was low but no longer gentle, “don’t you think you’re being too excessive now?”
The sudden accusation made my heart tighten involuntarily.”
“Terris became like this to save you,” Simon gritted his teeth, glancing back at the seated Ferris, “how can you take advantage of his amnesia to force him into divorce?”
Amnesia…
When I came in and saw him sitting with Simon, I thought he was performing
I glanced at Simon, my tone turning cold: “I asked for divorce long before his accident.”
“Then tell me, what exactly should I do to not be ‘excessive‘?”
After speaking, not wanting to say more to him, I brushed past him and walked directly to Ferris.
He sat there, as if sensing my presence, his fingertips moving slightly, but still not looking at me.
“Ferris, I’m here.” My voice was calm, yet carried an indescribable complexity
He acted as if he hadn’t heard me speak, his thin lips pressed tight, turning his head to call into the air: “Simon.”
Simon quickly stepped forward: “Ferris, I’m here.”
“Let’s go to the divorce window,” he said coldly.
Hearing this, I momentarily couldn’t tell if he was truly suffering from amnesia or performing again.
We walked forward side by side, him in front, me behind.
Just like this marriage – he always walked too fast, while I just followed.
At the divorce window, the staff member noticed Ferris wearing sunglasses, scanning us with wary eyes. After confirming our identities, he looked through the files.
“You just filed a lawsuit… but this divorce case was recently rejected by the court.”
“Yes.” I nodded, “But now we’re both consenting.”
Hearing Ferris’s name, the staff member was stunned, not expecting the famous Alpha Ferris to come here for divorce proceedings.
He stared wide–eyed, his gaze falling on Ferris’s face, his lips moving but ultimately not asking “Are your eyes really blind?”
Ferris spoke coldly, resolving his dilemma: “Register it.”
Once an Alpha and Luna go through court registration and then reject each other, they’re truly no longer related.
But the staff member frowned: “Sorry, you two. Since the previous divorce lawsuit was rejected by the court, according to regulations, you need to wait six months before applying again.”
I was stunned, blurting out: “I said we’re now voluntarily divorcing.”

Ferris stood aside, hearing my impatient tone, his throat feeling cut by a knife she spoke hassely “Right, we’re voluntarily divorcing
The staff member sighed but wasn’t persiaded, instead glancing at me with ofvious scrutiny.
“According to court regulations,” he suddenly raised his voice, “when one par loses the ability to rare for themselves, we can refuse un proces divorce applications.”
I immediately understood his meaning.
ས་
He was implying Ferris was now “blind,” so he lacked civil capacity.
His words grew heavier, “Your partner Ferris was once the most outstanding werewolf in the pack. You stayed with him through his successful careeT, but now that he’s had an accident, you immediately want to break the hond. f’t that too heartless?”
My eyes reddened as I listened, a fire burning in my chest making it hard to hpathe.
“What did you say?” My voice involuntarily rose, “What do you mean ‘person with limited civil capacity? He just can’t see, he’s not crazy”
