On Thursday, Charlene didn’t accompany Jasmine to the out-of-town competition. Jasmine, however, wasn’t upset; she just pouted and pleaded, asking Charlene to take her out for some fun when she returned from the competition and its events.
Unable to resist Jasmine’s playful coaxing, Charlene agreed.
The next couple of days were busy at work, and Charlene didn’t make it to the hospital to visit Irma.
It wasn’t until Friday morning that she finally stopped by.
Just outside the hospital, Charlene spotted Vesta, her head wrapped in bandages, slowly making her way downstairs for a walk.
Vesta was on the phone. “I’m much better, sweetheart. Minnie, just focus on your competition, okay? Don’t worry about your aunt.”
As she finished speaking, Vesta glanced up and, upon seeing Charlene, immediately looked away with a cold indifference.
Whatever was said on the other end, Vesta continued, “Promise you’ll call me as soon as you find out the results? Haha, alright, I’ll keep my phone close so I won’t miss your call. It’s almost time for you to meet up with your teacher, so go ahead. Good luck.”
It was barely even eight in the morning.
Just like always, Jasmine had called Vesta first thing.
Charlene caught all this as she passed by, her expression unreadable, and headed straight for the elevator.
When she entered the hospital room, she learned that Irma, finding the room stuffy, had decided to go for a walk as well.
Setting down the bouquet she’d brought, Charlene turned and made her way downstairs.
By the time she reached the hospital garden, she spotted Maureen and Vesta together.
And there, a short distance away, was Irma.
Irma, however, wasn’t with them.
She probably didn’t even know Vesta was hospitalized—she didn’t seem to notice Maureen and Vesta at all.
But he hadn’t. Irma hadn’t used her illness to pressure Thorne, either.
That could only mean one thing: Irma had accepted the divorce, maybe even prepared herself for Thorne to marry Maureen’s daughter.
“So there’s no need to rush,” Maureen concluded.
After this incident, she realized Thorne cared about her more than she’d thought.
Her heart settled a little. There was no need to be impatient.
Still, seeing Irma’s warmth toward Charlene and coldness toward her gnawed at her, just a little.
But in the end, what happened between her and Thorne was up to him. Since Irma couldn’t truly stand in her way, why should she care what Irma or the Henderson family thought?
With that, Vesta let it go. Irma’s opinion, or the Hendersons’ approval, no longer mattered.

The readers' comments on the novel: Unknown Divorce Revelation Beyond Time (Charlene and Thorne)
It is now mind numbing excruciating and irritating in the Chinese version where Thorne is ambiguous and now openly again intimate with Vesta, she leans and mutters sweetly holding his arm! And her clan are viciously demeaning Charlene while Thorne is within hearing distance. There is no justice no reparations for Charlene. Utter disheartening this novel is now...
Thorne must have bashed his head somewhere....
Chapters 480 and on are repeat from previous chapters. What's up with that? Time to stop reading this novel....
Thanks for the update. Keep them coming please!...
Any hope for Vesta being brain-dead?...
Thanks PINKK889 for the info. The same version is also on You tube except dubbed in English and titled “ I divorced my husband who cheated now begging me to come back” Enjoy...
Gosh, this is excruciating ! The slow pace made me leave this for over 3 months. Was just taking a peek and not much development. Btw they have now made this into a 3hr 40 min long drama.Available on daily motion under, the name, next chapter without you. But all the other fringe characters such as York Granger Gaylord are missing in the movie. Ending is very satisfying, practical and apt. She chooses to leave thorne and jasmine and be with Stewart. Vesta and family are inter national wanted Criminals. Not sure if they replicate the same on here. As this book is now on the app for more than 9 months, have a feeling it'll be another 6 to 9 months before this is completed!...
Stewart and Charlene will the best match, both power players!...
Can't wait to read where Charlene will start another relationship... God for is she gets back with Thorne... She needs to be with York or Gaylord (to annoy vesta) or granger (to annoy Thorne)...
I know its ur story and u obviously have ur own plot line and all and have every right to build the story as u like but what writer provide isnt just entertainment, but they shape the narrative of young minds. So I would say that romanticing cheating is, or rather THORNE'S behaviour, wrong for all the reasons..give york a chance ..that will be way more satisfying...again all of this is just my point of view but if charlene and thorne get back together, its not the story im looking for...
