Vesta glanced over as well.
She’d assumed, like everyone else, that Stewart and Charlene were romantically involved.
But ever since learning the truth about Charlene’s relationship with Kenton and the real story behind PrimeStar, she wasn’t so sure anymore.
She also noticed that after Moran asked his question, Thorne turned to look at Granger, too. It seemed he was just as invested in the answer.
Vesta pressed her lips together.
Moran picked up on it, but figured Thorne was just curious, nothing more.
Granger, however, went quiet for a moment before finally replying, “Why don’t you just go ask them yourself?”
Moran fell silent.
He took Granger’s comment to mean that Granger couldn’t care less about whatever was going on between Charlene and Stewart.
With no one willing to join in his gossip, Moran lost interest and pursed his lips in disappointment.
Vesta caught Granger’s response, and a faint, knowing smirk tugged at her lips.
If she didn’t know how Granger really felt about Charlene, she might have thought, like Moran, that Granger simply disliked Charlene and wanted nothing to do with her.
But his silence was just his way of protecting Charlene.
That realization sparked a thought in her mind—something she’d overlooked all this time.
Charlene was Kenton’s student and one of the founders of the organization. Maybe Granger had known all along.
He just never told them, quietly keeping her secret.
Just then, a few prominent politicians, including Hickey Watson, arrived.
Charlene and Stewart both rushed over and hugged her in turn, greeting her in unison, “Mrs. Wagner.”
Dalton, of course, knew Malvina.
Hearing Charlene address her as “Mrs. Wagner” and seeing how familiar they seemed threw him for a moment.
But then his expression cooled, assuming Charlene only called her that because she and Stewart were likely getting engaged soon.
After hugging Malvina, Charlene and Stewart turned to Kenton, who had followed after her. “Professor.”
Kenton nodded in reply.
Their arrival caused a minor sensation in the room.
Moran, too, was caught off guard when he heard Charlene call Malvina “Mrs. Wagner.” But he recovered quickly, raising an eyebrow and teasing, “Not even married yet and you’re already calling Mr. Wagner’s wife ‘Mrs. Wagner’ right along with Stewart?”

The readers' comments on the novel: Unknown Divorce Revelation Beyond Time (Charlene and Thorne)
It is now mind numbing excruciating and irritating in the Chinese version where Thorne is ambiguous and now openly again intimate with Vesta, she leans and mutters sweetly holding his arm! And her clan are viciously demeaning Charlene while Thorne is within hearing distance. There is no justice no reparations for Charlene. Utter disheartening this novel is now...
Thorne must have bashed his head somewhere....
Chapters 480 and on are repeat from previous chapters. What's up with that? Time to stop reading this novel....
Thanks for the update. Keep them coming please!...
Any hope for Vesta being brain-dead?...
Thanks PINKK889 for the info. The same version is also on You tube except dubbed in English and titled “ I divorced my husband who cheated now begging me to come back” Enjoy...
Gosh, this is excruciating ! The slow pace made me leave this for over 3 months. Was just taking a peek and not much development. Btw they have now made this into a 3hr 40 min long drama.Available on daily motion under, the name, next chapter without you. But all the other fringe characters such as York Granger Gaylord are missing in the movie. Ending is very satisfying, practical and apt. She chooses to leave thorne and jasmine and be with Stewart. Vesta and family are inter national wanted Criminals. Not sure if they replicate the same on here. As this book is now on the app for more than 9 months, have a feeling it'll be another 6 to 9 months before this is completed!...
Stewart and Charlene will the best match, both power players!...
Can't wait to read where Charlene will start another relationship... God for is she gets back with Thorne... She needs to be with York or Gaylord (to annoy vesta) or granger (to annoy Thorne)...
I know its ur story and u obviously have ur own plot line and all and have every right to build the story as u like but what writer provide isnt just entertainment, but they shape the narrative of young minds. So I would say that romanticing cheating is, or rather THORNE'S behaviour, wrong for all the reasons..give york a chance ..that will be way more satisfying...again all of this is just my point of view but if charlene and thorne get back together, its not the story im looking for...
