At night, Rankin received Victor's call. It was noisy. He frowned, "What's up?"
"Come to the Villa in the western suburb." Victor's voice is particularly cold against the noise. He said, "Sakakibara is back."
"Ah, he is back?"
Rankin laughed. "For what?"
"Today's his birthday. He came to us specially."
Victor bit a cigarette. "We held a party in my villa here. You can come with some girls. He came alone tonight."
"Well."
Rankin put down his work at hand and stood up from his chair. "I'll go there right now. Do you need anything on my way?"
"Wine and water." Victor nested in the sofa and narrowed his eyes to see the music part on the big screen. "I wanna Whisky."
"If it's not Whisky, you won't drink it?" Rankin winked at his housekeep to arrange a driver for him. After he got on the car as a noble prince, he said, "Well, I see. I'll go there soon. Wait for me."
"Fine."
Victor said with a smile, "Hurry up. Sakakibara said he missed you."
"Come on, I'm not gay!"
Rankin laughed and hung up the phone, but his eyes gradually deepened.
Tonight, Sakakibara is back, but Elinor...
Half an hour later, Rankin was sent to the door of Victor's villa by his driver. As soon as he got off the car, someone pushed the door open and came out to meet him. He was tall and thin, with golden hair. Sakakibara went up to punch his chest. "How dare you be late for my birthday?"
"Oh, dear Sakakibara," said Rankin, and he handed the things over. "I'm late for I bought wine for you."
"Don't look for excuses." Sakakibara said. They were all well-educated since childhood. When their mother tongues were different, they can change into the proper language soon.
"You have become handsome, Sakakibara."
Rankin went up and gave a big hug to Sakakibara. "It's much more handsome than I saw you last year."
"Of course."
Sakakibara knew Rankin due to the relationship with Victor. He met Victor in a variety show very early. Later, they occasionally contacted each other. They competed and grew up together till both of them became excellent men.
"Go in."
Victor came out behind him, opened the door for them, and looked back at Rankin. "By the way, don't be scared when you go in."
"W--e--l--l."
Rankin answered, "Did Sakakibara call many girls there?"
"That's right."
Victor snapped his fingers and said, "You know, he's a playboy."
Many college students surrounded Samuel. He was like a boss. Victor said, "You also looked so in the college?"
He shrugged. "Yes, I am at least much better than the hypocritical ones who look serious on the surface but vicious on the back, right?"
Rankin threw a mass of tissues over him. "You target me?"
"Ha, ha, ha, I can't believe you heard it."
Samuel blinked. "Hey, to be honest, don't you and Rankin ever meet a girl you like in school?"
Rankin shrugged. "I'm a top-A student who also takes charge of the affairs of the student union. How can I do that thing?"
"Shameless."
Samuel held the cigarette at her fingers. "People who said this always had secret feelings and goals. Tell me here."
Rankin handed a glass of wine over. "Shut the fuck up!"
"Ha ha ha!" The crowd burst into laughter.
"You hit his pain point!"
"Oh, are you really a pervert?"
"It's horrible. So horrible!"
