Everyone was amazed that Elinor could make such achievements.
Elinor paused and heard Kemp add, "So Elinor, come back openly and aboveboard."
She stared at the bank card she took over from his hand in a trance.
Then she wiped her tears and smiled. "Yes, I should go back. I was not mature two years ago. Now my thinking is more liberal."
She is the only daughter of Quincy Sue.
What should she be afraid of? The Sue family is her strongest backer.
"But..." Rubbing the bank card, she smiled. "Before leaving, I want to say goodbye to my friends tonight."
"OK."
Rankin lifted his glasses. "Go to drink?"
"What?" Kemp whacked the table with a thud again, "Elinor, have you learned to drink?!"
"I won't be very drunk. Why are you so excited?"
She smiled, her gray-green pupils like glinting jewelry. Her deep eyes and craved facial features made her a charming and exotic beauty. Especially when she smiled, she was gorgeous.
Kemp knew she was beautiful. But she looked even more beautiful when she was confident.
She was glinting.
Suddenly, a sentence he read from a novel flashed in his mind: One who fights to stay alive is glinting brightly.
Just like Elinor at this moment. After two years of painful nirvana, she was more worthy of being the daughter of the Sue family.
She was excellent, but she knew few about it. If she was not, why could she be a target of the public criticism?
Now Elinor learned to turn the pains in to her motivation to become better. Knowing her thinking was more liberal, Kemp was pleasant in his heart.
"I won't be fatter though I eat a lot." She pretended to be helpless, gloating.
"You're going to get a hit!"
Kemp cut the lobster into several sections and put the biggest one onto her plate. "Have it. Give them a big surprise after going back."
Her eyelashes trembled, and she finally picked out the lobster shell with a fork, poked the meat, and whispered, "OK."
Victor, do you know I'm coming back?
In the W City, Victor suddenly woke up at midnight. He got up from the bed, panting.
"Damn it..." He stretched out his hand to cover his chest. After two years, he became more handsome and menacing. He looked down, hiding his deep feelings in his eyes.
He dreamed of Elinor's look he saw two years ago.
