How many times has this happened?
Elinor always looked like a crushing defeat when Victor was well-dressed.
It seems that Elinor will always lose to him.
She didn't speak, Only the faint trembling shoulder exposed her fragility. Victor captured all her subtle emotions. Somehow his heart hurt slightly. After he pressed down this feeling, he kept himself in an indifferent appearance. Finally, he slammed the door and left, and everything crashed with the loud sound of slamming the door.
Elinor stared at the door for a long while before realizing what dumb thing she did once again. It was as if her soul has been sucked. Elinor stared at the door in daze, with her tears rolled down quietly.
How many times do this have to repeat...
How can this torture of being coerced to fall in love with a person cease?
What does she have to do...to stop loving him?
Elinor didn't speak. After a while, there was a knock at the door. She didn't take care of it, and the sound stopped. Then someone pushed the door from the outside and came in.
"Are you all right?" Rutledge came in. e, Seeing see Elinor shivering in the quilt, suddenly frowned, "What's the matter! You hadn't responded for so long. I thought you were taking a bath..."
Elinor saw Rutledge with teary eyes. "Yesterday...Victor came to me."
She said this sentence frankly and humbly. Without thinking, Rutledge probably understood what happened.
He stood there, pale. Looking at Elinor shrinking in the quilt, his heart surged with inexplicable rage, he stepped forward, "Victor? Is he..."
Elinor choked.
She couldn't help herself.
Elinor shook her head. "It's fine, I'll just go back alone."
"If you go back and Quincy sees you again, he'll ask." Rutledge frowned. "I'll send you back in the evening. In the afternoon, you can take a rest, go shopping and eat dessert."
Elinor didn't speak.
In the promenade of the hotel, after watching Rutledge walking into the elevator, Victor appeared from the shadow, and his eyes were as if dyed with a layer of cold, indifferent frost.
Where did he go?
He went to check the monitoring, and saw Rutledge knocking at the door of Elinor's hotel room.
Then, no one came to open the door. Rutledge took out a room card he kept and pushed the door.
