Unwanted Daddy Don't Come Closer to Mommy novel Chapter 1317

It was dark earlier tonight. In the darkness, it seemed the evil in the place was engulfed completely.

Elinor has been living in the Blue's, waiting for the engagement. Quincy once visited her during the period of time. Seeing his daughter's unhappiness, he felt distressed. "Let's breach the engagement. I can afford it. I don't need your such sacrifice."

"No, Dad."

Elinor was in a hurry at once. "What about the Yates family? It can't afford to lose its face. That's it. It's not bad."

Quincy sighed. "The ceremony will be held the day after tomorrow. Kaliyah, please take care of my daughter in these two days."

"Sure, I am her best friend, and I must stand up for her."

Kaliyah held Elinor's arm. "Nobody can change her mind after she makes the decision."

From some perspective of view, Elinor was similar to Victor. Both of them would manage to reach their goals, though they made them anguish.

"Where was Kemp these days?"

Elinor recalled her little brother who usually got irritable if she had trouble. But why he was so quite these days?

Quincy frowned. "After he heard that you are going to get married, he said that he wanted to start his further study by himself. He went to do experiments in some place in the urban area."

Elinor was surprised.

Kemp was so prudent?

"But he has to attend my wedding."

Elinor took out her mobile phone. "I'll dial him..."

"It's no use. He doesn't answer the phone."

Quincy waved his hand. "Alas, he's like a freak. He may not attend your ceremony."

"Impossible."

She can't fall asleep. She must be insomniac for she will marry Shawn soon.

Kemp looked at the room Kaliyah pointed at and went to knock on the door.

"Open the door."

Kemp's voice was deep, unlike the previous boy who liked bickering with Elinor, his eyes cold. He knocked on it harder after Elinor gave no response. "Open the door!"

Elinor made a stuffy voice. "Aren't you in the suburb?"

"I came back specially."

Kemp gritted his teeth. "You'd better open the door now, otherwise I'll kick it. This door is fragile for me."
