Wall Around Her Heart novel Chapter 14

I can't stop thinking about what Larry has done. It is eating at my gut. I am not going to kill him, but I am doing to beat the shit out of him. I arrived at the Dragon MC. I parked my bike and walked into the club. I noticed the members watching me. I ignored them all. I looked around until I spotted my brother sitting at a table reading a book.

I stormed over and threw chairs out of my way. I looked up and saw Trucker storming toward me. I slowly lay the book on the table and stood up. I am as big as he is but nowhere as built as him. Did you come to kill me Trucker? That was the first thought I had but instead I am going to beat the hell out of you.

Well then, let's take this outside, shall we? I followed my brother out the back door of the club along with several members. I do not want anyone to interfere, my brother has to get this out of his system. Every time I hit Larry, I told him this is for what you did to Tammy, or this is what you did to those little girls. And this is for lying thru your teeth to me.

By the time we were both wore out both of us was bloody. I looked up from the ground at Trucker and asked, are you done? I'm done now let's get cleaned up. I heard a member say, dam if that isn't one way for a brother to greet the other after five years.

After we were cleaned up and sitting at the table, I told Trucker I had changed. I was now a Christian and do not drink like I used to, I don't use drugs, and I am looking for a church to attend. I am sorry for what I did but I can't fix it. Other than to leave Tammy alone. That would be in your best interest Larry. I know, I told Trucker. No, you don't get it. She is well protected, they could have killed me for cutting her arm to the bone, but she let me go.

The man interested her you know very well. It is their VP, Beast. If you hurt her or go anywhere near her, he will kill you. Let alone her adopted father, Savage. They both wanted to kill me on the spot. You do not want to mess with those two or their club.

This is the kind of man you are Trucker. Don't join this MC. Hell, don't join one at all. Do you have a place to stay? I have a motel room. I have found an apartment and plan to move into it tomorrow. Good, to hear, said Larry. Look its getting late, I am headed to get something to eat and go to the motel. I watched as Trucker stood up and said, good-bye Larry. Then he walked out the door.

I had a feeling it won't be the last time I see my brother. I know that he is a good man but, he has come home to a hell of another kind. I do hope that he joins a good MC and never regrets it. I stood up and walked to the kitchen pouring a fresh cup of coffee. I then walked down the hall to my bedroom. I locked the door after I entered and walked over and sat my cup on the table next to my chair.

I took my cut off and hung it up. I then took my boots and socks off before taking a shower and putting shorts on. I then sat down in the chair and turned my TV on. I found a Christian channel, drank my coffee, and watched it. I finished my coffee, turned the TV off and went to bed.
