Chapter 2154
A surge of warmth spread through Bonnie’s heart as she stared at Harvey’s wide-eyed, child like gaze. A split second later, she reached out and hugged Harvey close to her.
“Thank you, Harvey.” He was just six years old, and Bonnie knew how much he longed to have a family.
After all…she had grown up as an orphan, and when she was young, there was nothing she wanted more than to be reunited with her birth parents.
Even with their predicament, Harvey was reassuring her calmly that even if she did not want to marry Jim, he would understand and respect her decision.
How could she not be touched by having such an understanding son? The two of them embraced for a long time until finally, Bonnie’s phone rang. It was a call from Luna.
“Bonnie, can you help me? Theo…” Bonnie furrowed her brows when she heard Luna hesitating.
“What’s wrong?” Luna sighed, then explained everything that had happened to her, including Theo’s stubborn insistence to marry Roanne, who had died.
“Theo and I were close, and at one point, he had saved Neil’s life, so I…”
Bonnie frowned upon hearing this. She could understand how tough of a situation Luna was in. On one hand, Bonnie knew that Luna was right, and someone had to put their foot down and snap Theo out of this.
On the other hand, Theo had helped Luna countless times in the past, and if Luna were to scold him for this, he would think that she was ungrateful and did not appreciate him for the sacrifices he had made.
Even though Luna would not be doing anything to harm Theo, Bonnie knew that Luna could never bring herself to scold or reprimand Theo. Therefore, she needed Bonnie’s help more than ever.
Bonnie immediately replied without a second thought, “Don’t worry. I’ll be there soon. Where is he now?”
Luna sighed.
One of them was still sick, and the other was just an infant, so she could not help feeling a little worried about leaving them at home.
After the babysitter promised up and down that she would take good care of them, Bonnie and Harvey finally set out toward the Civil Rights Bureau.
There was a black car parked near Tea Cottage, and when Bonnie’s car left the house, the driver inside the vehicle saw this and dialed a number.
“Mr. Simms, Bonnie and the child have already left Tea Cottage. Should we do it now?” Quentin curled his lips into a smile when he heard this.
He glanced at Charlotte, who was lying on the bed in the underground prison, and asked, “Shall we go through with it?” Charlotte rolled her eyes in indignation.
“Of course!”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
