Rong Qinyu smiled and said, “We lack food and water. So, we want your base to supply us with food and water every month. Don’t worry, we won’t take the supplies for free. We will pay it according to the market price.”

Xun Che tapped his finger on the armrest for a moment before he said, “You have explored the base and must know about the rough situation of my base.”

“For the base to meet the demands of our own residents was already the limit. If we sell our supplies to your base, we would face a food shortage.”
