I finally saw the doctor walking towards us. He said she is out of the woods for now. She stopped breathing but is on a vent, for now, to help her breathe. I asked, what does that mean? He said the machine will breathe for her until the poison can get out of her system. I said, can I see her now? He said, yes, your her mate and I would not dream of trying to stop you.

I walked into her room and instantly became angry. I was angry that my sweet baby girl was being forced to have a machine breathe for her to keep her alive. I must have fallen asleep because one of my friends was shaking me awake. He looked over at Precious and was angry. He said Lance you need to go to the cells Breaden as Amy there.

I said, watch her if she wakes or anything happens, he said, I will call you. He sat down in the chair I was in accept moved it to where he could watch her and the door. I walked out of the room and outside to the holding cells. Randle reached inside the oxygen tent and took Precious's little hand in his. He said Precious you have to fight and wake up. Lance is worried, we all miss your laughter and smiling eyes.

Please, you have to wake up. He continued to watch Precious and soon the room was filled with Lance's friends. They all sat watching Precious. Randle said, how could such a sassy little girl take hold of all of our hearts so fast? We all just sat there watching her fighting to breathe. Most of the guys fell asleep waiting for Lance to return.

I and Braden walked up to the cell Amy was in. She looked at Braden with a smirk on her face. So, why am I in here she asked? If something happened to your mate don't look at me. I looked at her with ice in my eyes. Amy said dam what got into you Lance boy? I looked at her and asked, why would you think that something happened to Breaden's mate?

She said shrugging her shoulders, I heard someone was in the hospital in a coma and it was a girl. I assumed it was your mate the way everyone is acting around here. Lance looked at her and said. His mate isn't in the hospital, my mate is and she is fighting for her life. Amy looked at Lance and said, shit I didn't even know you found your mate, Lance. I am sorry to hear that.

I looked at her and said, my mate, is Precious one of Cat's daughters. She was bitten by a cobra. I watched her closely and said, as you know a Cobra comes from India and is not from here. I told her looking her in her eyes. That Cobra was placed at the open door of the dining area and anyone could have been bitten, however, the person who placed it there placed it where Cat or one of the kids would be bitten.

I had tears flowing down my face when I saw her eyes open. I leaned down kissing her cheek. I asked the doctor if she could get the tube removed so I could hold her. The nurse walked up and picked baby girl up and put her in my arms. Baby girl reached for my cheek and said you can come home soon ok?

I sat there holding her thanking god my baby girl was alive and awake. The guys kept asking if they could hold her and I said no, you can hold her when she is out of the hospital. I then noticed half the room filled with stuffed animals and balloons. I asked where did all this come from. They guys face got red and said us. She is our baby girl too. I growled and they said holding their hands up. She is our little sister. I grinned and said. She is going to be well protected, isn't she? They all laughed and said, yes she is.
