“I’ll seize whatever is hers, including her husband and her career.
“This is exactly why I signed up for ‘The Ethereal Voice‘ the second I heard about it.
“I’ll totally destroy Stephanie, see her collapse, and force her to leave forever. That way, I get to replace her and take over everything that’s hers.
“From the way everything’s going, it seems I’ll win effortlessly.”
At this, she closed her eyes and pretended to take a nap, pursing her lips into a line to suppress the triumphant smile.

In Conway Entertainment.
Stephanie had already signed with Jeremiah.
Conway Entertainment was one of the investors of “The Ethereal Voice“, and as the CEO of the company, Jeremiah had a substantial

Knowing Roxanne would be one of the guest judges, he signed an NDA with Stephanie.
She’d join the competition with a mask on her face under the stage name “Serena Blake“. When the right time came, she’d take off her mask, revealing her true identity to everyone.

“Better, actually,” Stephanie replied. “I’ve decided to let go of some things. Maybe that helps with my recovery.”
Jacquelyn nodded with a smile.
“How’s life?” she asked.
She knew Stephanie pretty well by now.
And she saw those trending topics about Roxanne’s final days, too.
Therefore, even though she was smiling now, she was still worried about Stephanie’s condition.
