Chapter 103
Chapter 103
Dexter’s POV
The makeshift studio in the Sterling mansion was every photographer’s dream. Under the bright lights, I hardly noticed anything but Ivy.
She stood in the center, her bikini and shawl combo clinging to her perfect figure like it was designed to torment me, because it was. Despite the perfect air conditioning, I was hot and sweating. I kept stealing glances at her.
She was radiant, her blonde hair cascading down her shoulders like liquid gold, her blue eyes catching the light in a way that made my heart race.
I couldn’t take my eyes off her, and I didn’t want to. She was everything I wanted, everything I needed. I just needed her to see it as I did.
“You’re doing great,” I said, my voice low and smooth as I adjusted the camera.
She laughed softly, sipping her cocktail between shots. “Thank you, Dex. You’re making this easy.”
Her smile lit up the room, and I couldn’t help but stare. God, she was beautiful. She didn’t just look like a goddess, she was one. And for some reason, she had given me the chance to work with her today.
Usually, she would put it off. It was hard to contain my excitement; I didn’t know if I wanted to.
As we sat for a break, she leaned closer to me, a soft smile on her face. “I heard you landed another big contract,” she said, her tone genuinely proud.
I nodded, trying to act nonchalant, but my chest swelled at her approval. “Yeah. Your recommendation really opened doors for me. I owe you everything,
Ivy.”
She waved a hand dismissively. “Oh, stop. You earned it, Dexter. Your work speaks for itself. You just needed to realize it.”
I leaned back, taking a sip of my drink, my eyes never leaving hers. “Still, I wouldn’t be here without you. You gave me this opportunity.” My eyes wandered down to her exposed cleavage. I wanted to push down the bikini top and see what her breasts looked like…
She smiled again, her lips glossy and perfect, and it took every ounce of self–control I had not to reach out and touch her. “You deserve it,” she said softly.
“You’ve worked so hard for this.”
My eyes wandered to her lips. I wanted to kiss them, to run my tongue across her lips. I wanted to suck her lips…
The moment lingered, and I felt my heart pounding in my chest. I couldn’t hold back anymore. “You know,” I began, my voice low, “I really admire you, Ivy. You’re… one of a kind.”
Her cheeks flushed faintly, and she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. “Thank you, Dexter. That means a lot.”
The session resumed, and I adjusted the camera, my gaze locked on her. “Alright, Ivy. Let’s take it up a notch. Lose the shawl,” I told her, my hawklike eyes watching her. Of course, it was only for my selfish interest. I wanted to stare at her body without the shawl.
She hesitated, her hands brushing the fabric draped over her shoulders. “Are you sure?”
“Absolutely,” I urged, stepping closer. “The bikini look will really sell it. Trust me.”
She hesitated for a bit, then rodded, letting the shawl slip from her shoulders and pool at her feet. My breath hitched as I took in the sight of her, her skin glowing under the lights.
The low cut of the bikini top made her breasts look fuller. I stared at her flat tummy and tiny waist, with wide hips and long legs. She was perfectly shaped.
“Perfect,” I murmured, lifting the camera to my face.

than it should have.
My hands brushed against hers as I adjusted a pose. It was a brief contact, but it made me grow stiff in the pants.
But just as I was about to say something, maybe even make my move, the door slammed open with a force that made the walls tremble.
“Asher,” Ivy gasped, her voice sharp with surprise.
Asher Sterling stormed in, his face dark with fury, his brown eyes blazing. “What the hell is going on here?”
I straightened, caught off guard. “Hey, Asher, we’re just-”
“Just what?” he snarled, crossing the room in three long strides. “Taking pictures of my wife in her bikini while gawking at her like some creep?”
I opened my mouth to protest, but before I could get a word out, his fist connected with my jaw. Pain exploded through my face, and I stumbled back, tasting blood.
“Asher, stop!” Ivy yelled, rushing toward him.
