Bye-bye Trash! Hello Queen! novel Chapter 72

Without looking at anyone, she left with Queena and Marshall.

Wendy collapsed onto the sofa, watching Natalie’s retreating back. She knew, in that moment, that she had truly lost her biological daughter forever.

Joanna quickly grabbed Sebastian’s arm, crying indignantly. “Sebastian, you can’t just let that bitch Natalie walk away! They conspired to frame me!”

Sebastian’s icy gaze fell on her. “Joanna, then why were you so afraid to let the police investigate? Do you think I can’t find out what they can? There’s a limit to this nonsense. This is the last time I will tolerate it.”

“Consider this my final act of patience, for the sake of you saving my life. If this happens again, you can deal with it yourself.”

With that final word, Sebastian turned and left.

Joanna stood frozen, as if struck by lightning.

Sebastian doesn’t believe me anymore?

Nathan’s face was ashen. He got up and furiously kicked the two hired thugs.

“Useless! You damn useless fools! You can’t even handle one simple thing! Get out!” Nathan roared.

The two men scrambled out of the house as fast as they could.

Wendy sat on the sofa, watching the scene unfold in a daze, tears silently rolling down her cheeks. She was filled with a regret so deep it felt like it was tearing her apart, but it was too late.

Marshall grinned playfully. “Natalie, my looks and family background are just as good as Sebastian’s, right? Why don’t you consider me?”

Natalie froze, remembering how horribly he had treated her in her past life. In this life, he actually liked her? His flirtatious eyes seemed to hold a hint of sincerity.

She smiled and gently refused. “Mr. Spencer, I won’t consider you. But I will consider Matthew.”

Marshall looked comically offended. Isn't this face handsome enough?

“What? Matthew? That old fossil is just as ancient as Sebastian. Why would you consider him? You’re only twenty-three, and they’re both twenty-eight. I’m only a year older than you. We’re a perfect match.”

Natalie laughed. “Marshall, do you know why I’d consider him?”
