Clumsy Beast, Keep Your Paws Off novel Chapter 225

Chapter 225: Chapter 225: Who Is She?

Su Qinglan did not hold back. She poured everything into stabilizing the tiny life inside the female’s womb, gently wrapping her warmth around the fragile foetus until the faint pulse of life steadied from a flicker to a soft but stable glow.

Then she moved her energy through the female’s meridians, healing the internal injuries one by one, small tears, cold wounds, bruised bones, blocked breath. The chilling cold that had seeped into the female’s bones slowly melted.

The female’s skin, once pale as dying snow, slowly gained the faintest blush of life.

Her lips lost their blue tint.

Her breathing deepened, turning from fragile wisps to stable, soft exhales.

But still... she did not open her eyes.

Su Qinglan did not mind. She did not expect miracles in seconds. Healing this deeply required patience. She continued working, her energy flowing like a gentle flame, filling every cold, injured part of the female until she could no longer sense any immediate danger.

Behind her, Han Jue watched in stunned silence.

He had known Su Qinglan could heal.

But this... this was beyond anything he had ever seen.

His Lan Lan was glowing softly, her hair gently lifting in the invisible warmth around her, her expression calm despite the intensity of her energy.

She looked like a divine spirit blessing life into existence. A healer whose power was far beyond what anyone in the tribe ever imagined.

That realization hit him deeply that his Lan Lan was special.

His heart tightened, not with fear but with overwhelming emotion. He silently clenched his fists, unable to look away.

He would protect this ability of hers with his life. Even if the world tore itself apart, he would never let anyone know what she could do until she wanted.

Because Lan Lan trusted him enough to use her power in front of him.

And that trust was precious.

Just then, quick footsteps approached.

Hu Yan rushed in with a bowl of warm water, his expression still tense. Behind him, Rong Ye returned with her medicinal basket, breathing slightly fast from running.

Both froze when they saw the female’s faintly pink cheeks, the healthier color slowly spreading across her skin.

But neither of them dared ask how.

Su Qinglan did not stop.

She only gave firm instructions, her voice steady even though she was working nonstop.

"Hu Yan, go bring a fresh set of my clothes," she said without looking up. "Ones I have never worn."

Hu Yan blinked. "Your clothes? Why..."

"We have no shortage of hide," she reminded him. "Hurry."

He nodded and left again.

She turned to Rong Ye. "Boil all the herbs in this basket in water. Let it simmer until only half a bowl remains. Bring it back as soon as it is ready."

Rong Ye did not question her either. He nodded quickly and ran out.

Only Han Jue remained.

He did not move from his place. He simply watched her, silently guarding her back, his expression a mix of worry, admiration, and helplessness.

Su Qinglan slowed her energy output, letting it settle gently inside the female until she was fully stable. When she felt certain the danger had passed, she finally pulled her hands back with a long exhale.

She looked at Han Jue.

He immediately leaned toward her, reading the fatigue in her shoulders.

"Lan Lan... you should rest," he said, voice low, filled with concern.

She shook her head softly.

"I am fine," she murmured. "Really."

Then she hesitated before adding, "I need to change her clothes and clean her up. Go wait outside."

Han Jue froze. Not because he did not want to obey.

But because the idea of leaving his pregnant female to do all this exhausting work alone made his chest ache painfully.

He opened his mouth, conflicted. "Lan Lan..." His voice dropped even lower. "Should I... call Lin Muyu? She can help. You should not do this much alone. You are..."
