Don't get close to me (Linda and Beast) novel Chapter 39

As we walked into the door I saw men look at me the way those men did in Wildman's club. I moved closer to Spider. I saw what she did. I stopped and looked at those men. "Do not even think about touching her."

"She is Spiders woman."

I watched as they turned their eyes from Shawn. Not on my watch fuckers I thought to myself. Not a dam one of you will put your dirty hands on her. I grabbed a chair and sat it against the wall behind Shawn.

I was handed a beer as I sat down. I noticed several of Snake's members watch me. They know who I am. And I am sure they know I am her bodyguard. At least the first of four she will have. I need to talk to her Shawn.

I know the three she should have. One is my brother, he just got out of the Navy, the other two are twin brothers, friends, badass men. Strong men. They have been out of the Marines for about three months.

They will protect her with their lives. And we have all worked well together. My brother knows Shawn. He went into the service after she was taken. He served for five years. Right now all three of them are on a run. They will return home next week.

Snake looked at Linda. "Linda, this is Shawn, she is Spiders woman. The one we went to rescue."

I looked over at Shawn. I knew she had been broken as I had been. "Hello, Shawn."

"Hello, Linda."

"How have you been doing since being rescued?"

"Not good, I am trying."

"Why don't you and I take our coffee and go sit over there."

"I looked at Spider and he told me, " go set with Linda."

I turned and looked at Scar. He nodded his head. "You will be safe Shawn."

I stood up and carried my coffee to the table and sat across from Linda.

"Let me tell you my story, Shawn."

After she told me her story I told her, "I am sorry you went through that."

"Shawn, I heard what you went through. My friends Donna, and Sara are the ones that told us about you. "

"That is how Spider found you. They took your picture."

"You will soon learn to trust again. Spider never stopped looking for you."

"He would never hurt you. I think you know that."

"I am scared to have sex with him, Linda."

"Why?"

"I don't know if he will hate me for what Wildman did to me."

"Never, Shawn. Spider does not blame you. He knows what happened to you is not your fault."

"Spider can take all those bad memories away."

"He will not force you to have sex with him. He will wait until you are ready to have sex with him."

"I watch him and sometimes, I have these flashbacks."

I wanted to ride forever. But we had to go home. Once there we walked in and sat down. I was lifted from the chair and sat down on Spider's lap. I saw the remote on the table and turned the TV on. I was watching the movie, Aquaman.

Then one of the members yelled. "Bitch turn that shit off."

I stiffened. I turned the TV off. I heard the member yell at Shawn. I looked over at him. "What did you just call her?"

"Bitch. we don't want to watch that shit."

"you just disrespected my woman. Shawn can watch any fucking thing she wants. If you are watching football she can change that fucking channel."

I reached over and turned the TV back on. "Baby watch the movie."

"Shawn, look at me." I saw the tears in her eyes. That pissed me off. I looked over at the Scar. I nodded my head. "Scar take that fucker outside and give him a lesson where Shawn is concerned."

I walked over and grabbed the member by his throat. I walked to the door opened it and threw him out.

"You should never have yelled at Shawn. She is second in command here. "

"She is Spider's wife."

"And she is my friend. I don't like it when Shawn is treated badly. Now, I am going to teach you to respect her and never call her a bitch again."

"When I finished with him I told him. "If you ever disrespect her again, bring a tear to her eyes, threaten her in any way, you are a dead man."

I left him laying on the ground and walked back into the club. I again sat in my chair behind Shawn.
