Bethany lowered her head.
Emery’s innocent eyes were flawless, but his mouth spoke the most hurtful words.
The husband brought his beloved woman into the house, and the biological son faced the outsider.
She had a bit of emotion, which was her pettiness.
The sour and bloated feeling spread from the stomach to the eye
sockets.
She withdrew her trembling hand.
Since both Terrence and Emery thought Krista was good, let Krista accompany them to the McConnell’s manor.
When she was signing in sign language, her fingertips were trembling. “Say it again, I don’t want to go to the McConnell’s
manor.”
Terrence raised his hand, and just as the slap was about to land, Bethany tightly closed her eyes and turned her face away.
Chapter 37
A gust of wind came, Terrence’s hand stopped on the side of
Bethany’s face.
I didn’t feel any pain for a moment.
Bethany slowly opened her eyes.
Terrence reddened his eyes and withdrew his hand.
“No, you’re not going? Then get out of the McConnell’s villa!”
He didn’t have the patience to argue with her here.
After speaking, Terrence picked up Emery and left the villa without looking back.
Bethany stood alone in place, her heart on the verge of
breaking.
The sound of the car engine came from outside, and then
gradually faded away.
Bethany packed up several sets of clothes and put her toolbox
and fabric inside.
She came out pulling a suitcase.
Eliza stood at the entrance of the master bedroom, looking at
