Despite temporarily forcing back Muwa with his barrage of spells, Orion wasn’t happy about the results since he wasn’t even able to injure him in the slightest.
Taking a deep breath, he opened his mouth wide as a surge of mana gathered around him. Thunder crackled as his throat slightly swelled before he shot out a giant wave of condensed Thunder Dragon Breath towards Muwa.
The air distorted in the path of the energy beam, directly reaching Muwa and forcing him to withstand it with all his arms at once. His gaze became solemn, he muttered to himself with slight confusion, "Dragon Breath? But... why is it so strong? It’s even stronger than True Juvenile Dragons..."
He couldn’t help but suspect that Orion was actually a True Dragon, but looking at Orion’s form, he clearly hadn’t transformed into a True Dragon. And even before, he had sensed a pure human aura from him.
After not being able to make sense of the situation, he decided to forget about it and focused on withstanding the Thunder Dragon Breath.
Orion also ended his attack soon and looked at Muwa, whose swords had turned slightly red from the intense heat but they soon turned back to normal.
He slightly frowned, "Dragon Breath is also useless? Looks like Pseudo Exalted beings are really something..."
Just then, the sound of air breaking echoed, and a majestic middle-aged man appeared in front of Orion and looked at Muwa with a calm gaze, "If you want a fight then this old man will accompany you. Why bully the young?"
Muwa coldly snorted and flexed his six swords, "Who I bully is none of your concern. If you want to fight then fight."
The middle-aged man was not to be outdone, his arms flashed with mana as he took out a wand and softly said, "Looks like another demon will die today... Go back and join the front line young man, this detestable fellow might sneak attack you while risking his life otherwise."
Orion tilted his head in respect, "Thank you sir, I will be going back now." He was still polite to the seniors who were good to him no matter if they were commoners or nobles. He wasn’t used to putting on airs like the heirs of nobles.
The middle-aged man nodded his head while murmuring the chants of spells.
Orion didn’t linger on the battlefield and hurriedly moved back towards his own Legion who was fighting the demons below.
"Brother Orion!" Arya looked at Orion with relief seeing him come back safe and sound, "It’s good you are fine. I was really worried about you for a second there."
He chuckled at her words, "No need to worry, you can go down and rest now. I will oversee the Legion." He paused, looking at her slightly fatigued face, "It’s been hard on you."
Her face brightened seeing Orion acknowledge her hard work but she shook her head, "I’m not tired. Most of the work was done by others, I was just overseeing from here."
Orion shook his head helplessly and patted her head, "I know I know, now go down and rest. I can take care of things here now."
Arya stuck her tongue out mischievously and went down to rest.
The others also visibly relaxed seeing Orion back in command. Everyone had already seen his amazing battles, making all of them even more convinced by his strength.
Now, they were wholeheartedly working to kill the demons so they could gain more benefits for themselves and quickly raise their strength.
Elias and others were also fighting on the front lines with the others to hone themselves so no one came to greet Orion.
While Orion gazed deeply at the six-armed demon Muwa who was fighting the middle-aged man on equal terms. He turned his gaze down and released his spiritual sense to cover the whole Legion again. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
’Looks like the war will be going on for quite a while next...’ He inwardly muttered.
Lumi agreed with him,
[They might be going at it for who knows how long. But you can’t join the battle like that again Master.]
However, her words quickly became reproachful,
[You only have 15% of your Mana left after using your spells hundreds of times. It’s only due to your massive SoC that you can sustain such a battle. Otherwise you would have died from exhaustion. But even you can’t handle such a battle again in a short time.]
Orion smiled wryly and nodded in agreement, ’Yes yes I know, I won’t join the battle again now, happy?’
