Tommy was caught off guard by what Zaden said.
Why the sudden rush to the hospital? Is something wrong with Ms. Teri?
i…”
“Mr. Storm, is it about Ms. Teri ….
Before he could even finish, Zaden cut him off sharply, “No.”
It’s not about Ms. Teri?
Zaden usually only got this on edge when Teri was in some kind of trouble, dropping everything else for her. So, who could be causing him such distress now?

In the hospital’s conference room, Athena was still in a tough spot.
As soon as she realized Dexter’s intentions, she became extremely vigilant, always on guard against his movements.
So when Dexter approached, he couldn’t even touch her; instead, he ended with blood on
his head.

Athena swung the ashtray from the table and smashed it hard against Dexter’s head.
She didn’t stop–she kept swinging, and before long, blood was dripping down his lewd face.
Dexter grabbed his head, fury contorting his features.
“Are
you looking for death? How dare you hit me!”
Athena’s voice dripped with contempt. “You’re a total perv. Honestly, I’m going way too easy on you.”
Dexter, who had initially tried to coax Athena into submission, was now furious after being
struck.
Athena wouldn’t be able to leave easily!
Dexter dropped all pretense, his expression turning menacing as he lunged at Athena and grabbed her hand. “You little brat, it seems you need a lesson. You have no clue who you’re dealing with!”
Holding her soft, delicate hand, Dexter felt a rush of excitement.

Her skin was so smooth and flawless, he could hardly wait to enjoy her!
Athena jerked her hand free, wiping it on her clothes in disgust. Then she shot a quick look over Dexter’s shoulder.
He was standing right at the conference room door. If she wanted to leave, she’d have to get past him, and that wouldn’t be easy.
Dexter seemed to sense her thoughts.
He let out a lewd laugh and turned to lock the door.
The sound of the lock clicking shut made Athena’s chest tighten.
Getting out just got a whole lot tougher.
Still, she stayed calm, running through every possible way to make a break for it. Luckily, there was a big round table in the room–she could use it to keep Dexter at a distance for a little while.
Athena quickly put some space between them.
Seeing her retreat, Dexter wasn’t in a hurry; he just sneered, “Where do you think you can run to? You just hit me. If you don’t serve me well today, don’t even think about leaving here!”
With that, he lunged at her.
Athena kept slipping around the table, backing off every time Dexter came at her. They went in circles again and again until his frustration started to boil over.
He kicked the chairs aside, cutting down her space and making it harder for her to maneuver. She couldn’t dodge as freely now.
After a few more laps of the chase, Athena’s foot caught on a chair, and Dexter finally got hold
of her.
She fought to pull free but couldn’t escape his grip. She struggled to break free but couldn’t escape his grip.
He grinned darkly. “Run? Let’s see where you think you’re running now!”
Athena raised the ashtray to strike him again, but he seemed prepared, quickly tightening his grip around her wrist.
The ashtray slipped from her hand and hit the floor with a sharp clang.

With her last defense gone, Athena was left completely vulnerable, like prey backed into a
corner.
She tried to keep her cool, but a spark of panic showed in her eyes. Calling for help was useless unless she could first find a way out of this trap.
Taking a deep breath, Athena forced herself to stay calm.
Dexter drove her into a corner, certain she couldn’t get away.
Imagining this beautiful woman begging for his affection and submitting to him filled him with excitement.
Dexter’s hand reached toward Athena’s chest…
But Athena’s eyes sharpened as she seized his hand and quickly pressed a pressure point with lightning speed.
Her hand was injured and couldn’t exert much force.
This was a desperate gamble; if she failed now, she’d likely have to accept whatever fate Dexter had in store for her.
Fortunately, she succeeded!
Dexter’s brow furrowed as his hand fell limply to his side, as if he had lost all strength.
Seizing the moment, Athena kicked him hard and dashed toward the door, flinging it open and escaping.
Realizing Athena was running away, Dexter roared while ignoring the pain in his hand, “Dare to run? I’ll kill you right now!”
Athena ran blindly in a panic, colliding hard with a solid chest.
She looked up and met a handsome face.
