Girl's Doomsday Rebirth Revenge & Survive novel Chapter 383

**TITLE: Doomsday Rebirth 383**

Caroline didn’t waste a moment. With a swift motion, she retrieved a sleek pistol from her storage space, her heart racing with determination. Without a second thought, she aimed at the door lock and pulled the trigger, unleashing a barrage of bullets that ricocheted off the surface.

The door, however, was an impenetrable fortress—sturdy and resolute. The bullets barely left a mark, a testament to its formidable construction. Unfazed, she exchanged a quick glance with Tyler, and in perfect synchrony, they both produced grenades from their gear.

“If one grenade doesn’t do the trick, we’ll throw two,” Caroline declared, her voice steady despite the urgency. “And if two aren’t enough, we’ll escalate to three. If this door refuses to yield, we’ll simply blow through the wall. One way or another, we are getting in.”

The guards on this floor had already been neutralized, leaving no one to challenge their advance just yet. However, the commotion they caused echoed through the building, alerting those stationed below, who were now scrambling up the stairs with alarming speed.

Time was slipping away for Caroline and Tyler, and they both felt the pressure.

Yet, there was a strange calmness in their resolve. They were undeterred by the impending arrival of reinforcements. After all, it was Crow who had instigated this chaos.

“He made the first move,” Tyler muttered, his eyes narrowing with determination. “He should be prepared for the consequences.”

Crow’s antics had always skirted the edge of danger, never quite crossing the line into outright violence, but they had grown tiresome. This time, however, they were prepared to show him just how serious they were.

With a synchronized motion, they pulled the pins from their grenades and hurled them with precision, quickly ducking back a few feet to shield themselves.

The resulting explosion was thunderous, as the wall adjacent to Crow’s room erupted into a cloud of dust and debris. But to their dismay, the door remained unyielding, standing tall and intact. It was evident that Crow had invested in high-grade security measures.

The only oversight on Crow’s part was neglecting to fortify the wall along with the door itself.

Through the haze of smoke and rubble, Crow emerged, clad in a bathrobe, his hair in disarray, and dust clinging to his skin like a shroud. He was a far cry from his usual composed and calculating demeanor—barefoot, disheveled, and visibly shaken.

His eyes burned with fury, and in each hand, he gripped a silver pistol, aiming them directly at Caroline and Tyler. “Don’t move,” he warned, his voice low and dangerous. “These bullets can drain your powers permanently.”

Crow, the infamous leader of the Obsidian Fang, had earned his reputation through sheer ruthlessness. His aim was lethal, a reflection of his cold precision.

But Caroline merely smirked, unfazed by his threats. With a flick of her wrist, she summoned fifty fishing nets from her storage space and sent them flying toward him.

They say that no matter how sharp your weapon, you can’t fight off a kitchen knife.

And no matter how perfect his aim, once ensnared in her nets, Crow was finished.
