Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right novel Chapter 1862

"Don't worry. I've got this!" Erica stood up. "I'll handle Andrew. You and Jordan head to the party first."

"Maybe don't..." Debra hesitated.

"Relax, would I steer you wrong?" Erica yanked Debra off the bench and pushed her toward the car. "Trust me, I've got enough clout to get Andrew there."

Jordan arrived and bumped into the scene. "What's going on?"

"Oh, Jordan, you got your license, right? Take my car and get Debra to the party," Erica said, tossing him the keys.

Jordan blinked, unsure of what was going on.

"Go on," Erica urged.

Jordan nodded. "Alright, let's head out."

Debra glanced back at Erica, who flashed a peace sign.

...

Half an hour later, Erica stood before Andrew.

She stormed out, and Andrew's brow furrowed.

Barton hesitated. "Sir, what do we do? Miss Mathis meant her words."

Erica was the wildest of their circle. Back in the day, she had cycled through boyfriends abroad and tried everything.

He was worried she would lead Debra astray.

Andrew remained composed. "Leave it."
