“I’m not scared of you! Even if I get fired, I’ll make sure everyone knows the truth. You took Chloe’s drafts, changed them a little, and called them your own!” Diana’s voice trembled with rage.

“Lisa, that’s enough,” Linda said, holding her arm and putting on a helpless act for the cameras. “This is Cosmos Group’s press center. They control everything here. We should be thankful we’re even allowed to speak.”

“How can you say these things? LOVE treated you well. How could you turn on the company and try to ruin Chloe’s reputation? Anyone who knows design can see how talented she is just by looking at her work. You two know that better than anyone!” Diana shot back, her fists clenched and body shaking with anger.

“You want proof, is that it?”

Chloe’s calm voice cut through the tension. Linda looked up, her eyes narrowing. “Talk is easy. Go ahead and accuse me—but back it up. Otherwise… even if I wanted to let this go, the public won’t.”

Lonny joined in, his tone aggressive. “Chloe, if you’ve got proof, show it. If not, it doesn’t matter who you are–you owe everyone an answer today.”
