Around her very being, there were tendrils of chains from many sources as the major ones were from Destiny, Fate, Karma, and Fortune. There were also profound chains buzzing with the Dream Essence that began to shine at this moment, their brighter sheen shockingly causing some of them to begin shattering into sandy light that surged back into Lavalliere herself!

Her will surged with shock at this scene as even without consuming mountains of unique items or relics, she felt her authority returning- even if it was ever so slowly!

An explosive force emanated from his blooming Seed as one could see this circular structure shockingly unfolding, the concentration of Dream Essence reaching tremendous levels as the circular Origins became planar.

Essence was drawn from the surroundings and the Infinite Reality Passages as the Seed bloomed into a Dimension- this process happening slowly as the end result of it all would be an endless golden flat plain!

A plain that Noah would have to continue expanding until it reached a shocking level of saturation- and only then could he even think of beginning to form a second Seed to bloom a second Dimension.

The process was somewhat slow in Noah's eyes as it wasn't completed in just seconds, his Paramount Kainos Dream Dimensional Reality taking its time to draw in essence and unfurl from the Seed as it established itself.

And of course, if one was establishing a Dimension…

An Origin has to have governing laws and structures to come to fruition, and one could not be built if it did not have a Decretum holding it stable!

So among the many boons Noah would have, one of them was the ridiculous fact that he would begin to understand the Decretum of any Dimension he established whether he had the talent for it or not.

They were simply too ridiculous as they came with too many things, one of the more unique ones being the level of information Noah could attain from his surroundings.

The identity of all things, and the quantification of the Values of those he gazed at.

It even went as far as being capable to quantify one's True Vitality Values and Resource Values, where Noah could see the 'Health' and Mana of his enemies, and even what their Maximum Reserves of Dream Essence, Essence of Reality, or any other types of Essence!

They were dazzling eyes of pure wonder.

And yet this was merely their first function.

One of the more astounding functions they held...was allowing Noah to more easily grasp the Natural Laws of Reality and the Decretum of a Dimension, and going even further as to allow him to deconstruct such concepts from an enemy- even if it was once a week and with certain conditions being met!

Unique conditions that would change with every target he selected.
