Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 2442

Blake had expected it to be someone from the Menzie clan, never anticipating that it would be Severin, his enemy.

While Blake wore a complex expression, the expressions of Kloudius and the others changed drastically. When opening the Starry Ancient Palace, they had witnessed Severin single-handedly holding off Drake and Wenzel. Moreover, Severin's impressive ranking on the All-Era Prodigy Ranking had left a deep impression on them.

"Haha, how lucky of me! I just entered the Starry Ancient Palace and yet I've already encountered a precious treasure like Flamegold!" Severin said with a wry smile as he entered the ancient hall.

"Severin, we're here first, so that piece of Flamegold belongs to us, the Northsea barbaric clan! Please make no mistake about that," warned Kloudius with narrowed eyes.

Although he felt some apprehension towards Severin, he believed that Severin— a mere level four paragon—would not be able to break their defense if he worked together with his clan members. At least then he would have a chance to claim the piece of Flamegold.

Severin coldly chuckled in response to Kloudius' threat. "Oh? How absurd. The divine gold hasn't been claimed by anyone, so how can it be considered property of your barbaric clan?"

Seeing Severin's determined expression, Kloudius did not deign to waste his breath. He exchanged a glance with a few of his fellow clan members, and in the next moment, six buff and towering barbaric clan cultivators, all at level five paragon, swiftly attacked Severin in unison.

Meanwhile, Kloudius quickly rushed towards the center of the hall, where the Flamegold was located. He intended to secure the divine gold first.

Witnessing Kloudius' actions, Blake instantly threw the golden halberd he held in his hand.

The giant halberd sliced through the air at an incredible speed, shattering large portions of the void. It carried a terrifying momentum as it slammed fiercely towards Kloudius.

Severin smirked at the barbaric cultivators surrounding him. He then struck out his fist.

His Chaotic Constitution, already developed to Great Success, unleashed a majestic surge of vitality, and flooded throughout Severin's entire body like billowing smoke. His fist strike—enhanced by millions of pounds of force—shattered the surrounding space, and swept through the air with an unstoppable momentum.

The faces of the barbaric cultivators instantly changed as they received the punch. Their pupils contracted dramatically.

"How can he be so strong?"

"Impossible! How can his physical strength be stronger than that of our barbaric clan?!"
