Any phenomena that occurred in Eastplain due to Grenn's death was not very strong either because the void was trembling and shaking.

In the midst of the battlefield, Severin gazed up at the sky after completing his search and rescue mission for the Menzies. He soon spotted Holbur and the others still struggling to contain Xavier, and a sinking feeling began to settle in his heart.

Xavier's resilience had surpassed everyone's expectations, for he had managed to fend off four half-immortals in that battle. Severin was powerless to intervene, for he was only a level seven supreme paragon.

Carson knew what Severin's plan was and nodded solemnly. "You can count on me."

Severin, having made the breakthrough, consolidated his newfound attainment for a brief moment before withdrawing from his meditative state. He then launched himself forward at lightning speed, bringing with him the Green Emperor's Pagoda, which glowed with a myriad of rules and divine lights.

Upon soaring several thousand meters high, Severin hurled the pagoda forward. "Go!" he commanded.

The small pagoda expanded at lightning speed and shot forth with immense power. Seizing the moment when Xavier evaded Holbur's attack, the pagoda struck Xavier's back with a resounding thud, draining his face of color and causing him to vomit blood.
