Severin's heart swelled with hope at the prospect of the Oculus Blade reforged into an celestial weapon. While the Green Emperor's Pagoda was a fine celestial weapon, it was mainly used for support and thus did not have much of a capacity to kill.
That Severin had already reached great success with the rules of swordsmanship meant that wielding a sword-type treasure could significantly enhance his combat prowess. With the Nine Nether Divine Gold completing his collection of divine gold, Severin placed it away and scanned the remaining items in the treasure room via his divine senses. Unfortunately, he found nothing more of value. The most was some ordinary metal Uru, fine gold, or seventh- and eighth-grade pills.
With nothing else there, Severin retracted his divine senses.
He exited the Blood Pond World and turned to the eager royal paragon disciples who had been waiting for him. "There's some metal Uru and fine gold inside. Consider that an opportunity for you to obtain them. The remainder shall be given to the sacred land," Severin announced to them. He then returned to the Sumoon Airship and sat cross-legged.
Severin was already a level eight supreme paragon, so he found little use for the treasures in the Wicked Tribe's treasure room and left them for the other disciples. Upon hearing his instructions, Carson the first elder and Willette the second elder explored the treasure room with the rest. They each took a few pills or herbs that they believed could be useful and withdrew their consciousness.
They were level nine supreme paragons, which made them about the same level as Severin and placed them among the select few within Bleurealm's hierarchy. Ordinary treasures no longer interested them.
The Wicked Tribe boasted considerable strength and resources as one of the Nine Sacred Lands. With the aid of hundreds of disciples, the treasure room was soon emptied of its valuable items. The disciples all returned to the airship with smiles on their faces as they discussed their findings excitedly.
No sooner had he spoken than Severin sensed spatial fluctuations ahead. A spatial passage materialized before them, followed by the emergence of a ship carrying dozens of deviant practitioners with malevolent energy coursing through them. As the sky turned ark, the crackle of lightning and rumble of thunder resembled an apocalyptic uprising.
On the ship were nearly ten supreme paragons who each exuded an overwhelming power that sent shivers down everyone's spine. Zione, seated at the helm, wore a murderous look as he glanced at the bones and corpses littered along White Bone Mountain. He rued that he had arrived too late to aid the Wicked Tribe and prevent their total eradication, but his demeanor remained composed as he glanced at the people behind him.
Zione had come well-prepared, bringing with him ten supreme paragons, of which six of them were level nine. Additionally, he had brought with the most precious treasure of the Darkness Sacred Land, the True Immortal Jade Charm—an invaluable artifact that had safeguarded the Darkness Sacred Land through even the most damning of calamities and crises.
