Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 2901

In the main hall of Grandiuno Sacred Land, Amethyst listened quietly as Carson recounted what happened earlier. "The devils from Cesun and Lasbonrket have been eradicated..."

Beside him, Severin sat down with a cup of spiritual tea. His free hand rested on the tabletop, his fingers tapping rhythmically. Upon returning from the Darkness Sacred Land, Severin promptly convened several of the elders to the main hall. He presented half of the treasures they had acquired, and drew Amethyst's attention to Grenn's absence during their assault on the Darkness Sacred Land.

Amethyst, who sat at the foremost seat, frowned upon hearing the report. After a moment of contemplation, he issued a warning, "The spies that I've sent to the Primordial Sacred Land have vanished without a trace. There's no way to tell if Xavier and Grenn are up to something. I sense that a storm is brewing, so I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution."

The elders nodded in agreement and acknowledged the gravity of the situation. Whether it was the encroaching devils, the Ancestora's clone, or the pursuit of immortality, all of those issues were pressing matters that warranted attention. That all three were in play at that very moment made it a recipe that could spell disaster.

Severin, in particular, felt as though a dark cloud was looming over him. His thoughts drifted to Kugen's revelations about the Bleurealm's secrets, particularly concerning the Lord of the Realm. However, he had no leads on the matter, and constantly dwelling on something that he had no control over would only eat away at his composure. In the end, he refocused his attention on what he knew, rather than what he did not.

"I won't be able to achieve anything if I don't attain immortality. I need to train, train, and train some more," he resolved. Furthermore, he decided against perfecting the Hidden World Creation Art during his upcoming seclusion, as he wanted to activate more of his cell universes and make a breakthrough to level nine supreme paragon before emerging from seclusion. The devils' activities had brought about many changes within Bleurealm, and Severin felt that he was still not strong enough at level eight supreme paragon.

Noticing that Amethyst was still delegating some tasks, Severin bid his farewell and promptly tore returning to Enchanted Peak via a spatial passage.

The spiritual energy vortex above the peak brought some joy to Severin. "Diane and the others are nearing a breakthrough," he observed.

No predecessor or technique could give him instruction after all that he had achieved.

The subsequent creation of the Hidden Divine Technique then proceeded to activate his upper, middle and lower energy core, further allowing him to activate the cells in his body and turn them into minute microcosms to store mana. It was those factors that enabled a level eight supreme paragon like him to go up against a half-immortal!

Without those factors, even the presence of the Green Emperor's Pagoda and the Oculus Blade would make no difference in his battle against a half-immortal!
