Coming to treat Mrs. Eleanor today was just a transaction between Karina and me – I had promised her long ago,

I never liked dealing with these hypocritical people anyway, and now I was even more annoyed.

Vincent remained silent, his gaze on my brow slightly furrowing, his eyes showing a hint of danger.

It seemed like he had only tentatively played a card, but I had flipped the entire table.

After entering the room, I saw Mrs. Eleanor lying on the sickbed.

Mrs. Eleanor was currently awake, her eyes showing confusion as she looked at me.

“I’m the doctor here to treat you. Don’t be nervous, just relax.”

I tried to keep my voice gentle, yet carried a power that put people at ease.

The doubt in Mrs. Eleanor’s eyes gradually disappeared, and her body relaxed.

Speaking of which, I wasn’t really Hazel.
