Third POV:
Joseph didn’t answer Nathan’s question, just looked at the moving target and said, “Vincent has his eye on her too.”
Nathan raised an eyebrow, leaning against the wall behind him with his hands behind his head.
As if watching a good show, he whistled.
“How exciting,” he teased with a smile.
Joseph remained silent.
But Nathan could see from beneath Joseph’s glasses that this wasn’t a joke, nor was it just casual talk.
He seemed serious about that girl.
Nathan understood Joseph well.
He wasn’t someone who would willingly approach just anyone.
Or rather, he’d never seen Joseph actively approach anyone.
Hazel was truly the first he’d ever witnessed.
Regardless of what kind of feelings Joseph had for her.
But he could be certain of one thing.
He was definitely interested in Hazel.
If Vincent had his eye on her too…
Wouldn’t that be even more interesting?
Hazel’s POV:
“Joseph is a VIP client of the club, but he rarely comes. Even when he does, others barely get to see him,” Dante explained while walking beside me.
“Right, right, today was my first time seeing him at the club too,” Alexa nodded in agreement.
The two of them walked while voluntarily introducing the people we’d just met, as if afraid I’d get confused, or maybe they just wanted to gossip.
“My dad mentioned before that Joseph isn’t simple,” Dante continued. “He’s the earliest among the heirs of major packs to complete family trials and officially take over power. In recent years, because of family business problems in Moon Shadow City, he’s been staying there as the person in charge.”

Ilistened without any particular reaction.
My mind was still thinking about the batch of medicinal herbs I’d planted behind the lab. I wondered if I should loosen the soil and repot them when I got back today. I didn’t really listen to anything Dante said.
“Hazel, I really don’t understand,” Alexa suddenly spoke, her tone full of frustration. “Caroline acts like an idiot. What exactly do the Silver Moon Pack people see in her? I used to hear people call her some kind of noble Omega role model… Please, where does she look well bred with that behavior?”
I chuckled lightly without responding.
Dante continued, “I’ve met her a few times before. Her brothers all spoil her terribly. I heard from former classmates that some people who offended her at school didn’t end up well.”
Alexa snorted disdainfully, “Shameless.“.
By then, I’d reached my car and turned to glance at them before opening the door.
“When someone can’t keep up their act anymore, they show their true nature,” I said calmly.
I knew exactly what kind of person Caroline was.
She’d always been the type of fool who survived on her persona–liked to pretend, and could only pretend.
Just as I was about to get in the car, Dante suddenly reminded me, “Drive slowly! And… thank you for this time.”
I put on my sunglasses, looked at him, and smiled. “Didn’t you say you’re my family? Why would family say thank you?”
With that, I waved and started the engine, driving away.
Third POV:
Seeing Dante staring blankly at Hazel’s departing car, Alexa bumped his arm. “Bro, are you dazed?”
Dante looked away. “She left too quickly… We barely got to talk.”
His words carried a hint of melancholy.
Alexa laughed. “It’s not like we won’t see her again. Hazel’s part of Blood Moon Pack now, so we can meet anytime.”
Dante sighed, his eyes showing something different. “Yes… we’re family now…”
Silver Moon Pack.
When Arthur told Dominic about what happened at the shooting range in his study, Dominic thought he was joking.
“She knows how to shoot? And hit bull’s eye every time?” Dominic frowned. “You’re kidding, right?”
Arthur: “You can check the club’s footage.”
Dominic fell silent.
