Marked By the Pureblood Alpha (Deanna and Luis) novel Chapter 256

**Chapter 256: Stripping**

The suggestion hit the gathering like a spark igniting a powder keg, transforming the previously lively atmosphere into something primal and electric. Laughter and chatter morphed into a cacophony of excitement and anticipation as the guests processed the implications of the challenge.

Erik’s interest was palpable, his eyebrows arching in surprise, a playful glint dancing in his eyes. “Alright. So, what’s the game?” he asked, his tone teasing yet intrigued.

The crowd was predominantly female, a mix of humans and werewolves, each possessing their own unique allure and rank. Among them, the two men stood out like beacons of charisma—handsome, tall, impeccably dressed, and exuding an intoxicating Alpha presence that turned heads and quickened pulses.

A glamorous female celebrity in the front row practically salivated at the prospect. “Loser removes one item of clothing each round… until he’s down to nothing. Dare?” The challenge hung in the air, electrifying the atmosphere.

As the words settled, the women—especially the she-wolves, who were particularly attuned to the strong male energy—perked up, their cheers escalating to a fever pitch. “Yes! Make them strip for once—men stare at our bodies all year long. Tonight, we get front-row seats!”

Robert scoffed, his eyes narrowing as he shot Erik a challenging look. “Fine. You brave enough to go through with this?”

“What’s there to be brave about?” Erik replied with a nonchalant shrug, his confidence unwavering. It was just clothes, after all.

He turned toward Violet, his voice thick with playful heat. “You want front-row seats to my strip show?”

Deanna nearly choked on her laughter, unable to contain her amusement at the audacity of Erik’s words.

Violet’s expression darkened, her brows knitting together in irritation. “Get lost. I don’t want to see either of you.”

Robert’s face clouded with annoyance; Erik’s flirtation with Violet was a direct jab at his pride.

“Then quit yapping and start. Don’t stall like a coward,” Robert snapped, his frustration bubbling to the surface.

He turned to Deanna, his eyes piercing. “You be the judge.”

A nearby female Beta immediately raised her voice in protest. “Why should she be the judge?”

Erik arched an eyebrow, a smirk playing on his lips. “Because she’s technically been the partner of our bros at some point. Sounds fair to me, doesn’t it?”

Deanna found herself momentarily speechless, caught off guard by the unexpected logic. Unfortunately… he’s not wrong.

With all eyes on her, Deanna took on the role of dealer, shuffling the cards with a mix of excitement and trepidation.

“Round One,” she announced, dealing the cards with a flourish.

The two men flipped their cards over, and Robert’s face fell. He had lost.

Frowning, he stood up, indignation clear in his posture. “Deanna, you did that on purpose!”

With a deadpan expression, she replied, “You chose me as judge, remember? And retaliate for what—your filthy mouth?”

Teeth grinding in frustration, Robert yanked off his expensive watch and slapped it onto the table with a resounding thud.

“Round Two,” Deanna declared, dealing again.

Once more, Robert lost.
