Marked By the Pureblood Alpha (Deanna and Luis) novel Chapter 342

**Chapter 342: Let’s Go, My Luna**

In the bustling atmosphere of the interview set, Malcolm took a moment to gather himself. He exchanged a few brief, almost mechanical words with Deanna, his mind racing with thoughts he couldn’t quite articulate. With a determined sigh, he turned away, leaving a palpable tension in the air.

Luis, however, was not about to let the moment slip away. He shot a piercing glare at Malcolm’s retreating figure, his expression darkening. With a swift motion, he wrapped his arm possessively around Deanna’s waist, drawing her close until their faces were mere inches apart, their bodies fitting together as if they were two pieces of a puzzle.

Lowering his head, Luis fixed his gaze on her, an unmistakable flicker of jealousy igniting in his eyes. “From now on,” he declared, his voice low and serious, “you’re not allowed to smile at other men.”

Deanna blinked, her bright eyes wide with surprise. “Did I even smile?” she challenged, her tone playful yet defiant.

“Yeah!” Luis responded with a sharp hum, his lips curling into a teasing imitation of her usual smile, exaggerating the expression just enough to make her laugh. “Just like that!”

As he flashed his perfect white teeth, Deanna felt a wave of warmth wash over her. She couldn’t help but giggle, the sound light and carefree, a stark contrast to the tension lingering in the air. “So, what? I’m supposed to keep my mouth clamped shut and look super serious whenever I talk to any guy? They’ll think I’m some kind of monster!”

Luis smirked, the corners of his mouth lifting in a way that suggested he found the idea amusing. “Sounds like a pretty good idea to me,” he teased, his tone light but with an undercurrent of seriousness. In his mind, the thought of her being admired by anyone else was unbearable; he would gladly keep her hidden away, safe from prying eyes.

“You’re a psycho!” Deanna exclaimed, trying to pull away from his embrace, but he held her firmly.

They were surrounded by the chaos of a public event, reporters darting around with cameras, and a few executives from Firelight Scoop lingering nearby, their anxious glances suggesting they were eager to approach but hesitant to interrupt the couple’s moment.

Deanna felt a rush of discomfort at being the center of attention, wanting nothing more than to escape the scrutinizing gazes. But Luis’s grip was unyielding, keeping her close against him.

Leaning down, Luis lowered his voice, making it smooth and inviting. “You remember what you owe me?” he asked, a playful glint in his eyes.

Deanna looked up at him, confusion etched on her face. “What?”
