Josefina touched up her makeup and slipped into a fresh outfit before heading into the cell where Big Beard was being held.
As she walked in, Luke rushed up to her, whispering, "Big Beard’s in there. No matter what we ask, he won’t say a word."
Josefina's lips curled into a sly smile as she held a box in her hands and moved forward. Luke followed closely behind, a confident glint in his eyes, knowing she had a plan.
Now, it was just a matter of time to see how long Big Beard could hold out.
After her makeover, Big Beard didn’t recognize Josefina as the woman from the underground casino.
"Who the hell are you people? We’ve got no quarrel. Why’d you kidnap me? Is it money you want? How much?"
Big Beard was tied to a chair, unable to move.
Two henchmen stood by, watching his every move like hawks.
Josefina sat down, her gaze icy, and opened the box.
She walked over to Big Beard, showing him the box’s contents.
Big Beard's eyes widened at the sight of a small black bug inside. "What are you planning to do with that?"
"I don’t want to do anything," Josefina said sweetly. "My little friend here just wants to say hello, take a tour inside you, get to know the place."
Big Beard was scared out of his wits, his eyes darting around in panic. "What do you really want?!"
Josefina's tone turned deadly serious, her voice cold as ice. "So, do you want the bug to take a trip inside, or are you ready to talk?"
Big Beard clenched his teeth, his voice defiant. "I don’t know anything!"
Well then, no need for niceties.
With a nod from Josefina, Luke grabbed Big Beard's jaw, and Josefina dropped the bug in.
