Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 574

Oliver chuckled, eyes gleaming with mischief. Grant sure had some nerve.

Josie was meant to be his and his alone.

Their gazes locked—one icy and ruthless, the other wild and untamed. Neither looked like they played well with others.

At that moment, Josefina stepped out.

Seeing the two men, she hurriedly greeted, “Hey Oliver, and hey to you too, Clint.”

Just moments ago, these two had been eyeing each other like mortal enemies, but now their faces broke into smiles.

“Josie, I got you some iced tea,” Oliver said as he pulled a cup from his pocket and handed it to Josefina.

Grant wasn’t about to be outdone. He presented a bouquet to Josefina with a flourish, “Rosa, these are for you.”

Both men had gifts in hand, leaving Josefina at a loss over which to accept first.

Seizing the moment, Oliver stuffed the iced tea into Josefina’s arms and, while Grant was momentarily dumbstruck, snatched the flowers from his grasp.

“Grant, Josie can’t carry all this stuff. Let me hold onto the bouquet for her,” said Oliver with a sly grin.

Grant was speechless.

That Oliver, crafty as a fox with more tricks up his sleeve than a street magician!

Fuming, Grant protested, “Oliver, those flowers were for Rosa.”

Oliver responded with a smirk, “I’m Josie’s boyfriend. Isn’t it normal for me to help her out with these things?”

Under Grant’s seething gaze, Oliver feigned innocence, “Oh, I forgot. You wouldn’t know what that’s like since you’re flying solo.”

Grant was at boiling point!

Josefina, sensing the mounting tension, quickly intervened, “Let’s just go eat. I’m starving.”

Grant eagerly chimed in, “Rosa, I’ll ride with you.”

Oliver interjected, “You’re taking my car. Drove over a nice one just for you to get acquainted with. You’re without wheels in Westwood, right? Consider it yours for the day.”
