**Her Spark Ignites Tonight**

**Chapter 361**
In the depths of his mind, Jayceon clung to the hope that things would revert to their former state, that the bond he once shared with Arabella would be rekindled.
Samuel’s gaze was unwavering, his expression sharp as he twisted the knife of doubt deeper into Jayceon’s heart. “Don’t get your hopes up,” he sneered, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “Arabella is a Scorpio. She wouldn’t feel a thing even if she had you cremated twice over!”
Jayceon, unwilling to absorb Samuel’s venomous words, shut his eyes tightly. He didn’t want to entertain the thought that Arabella could be so cold, so unfeeling. He recalled the moments when she had either pushed him toward danger or abandoned him in his time of need, all to save Julian. It felt like a cruel game, one designed to provoke his anger.
Yet, deep down, Jayceon believed that Arabella’s love for him ran deeper than the ocean. It was a love that couldn’t simply vanish overnight. As long as he exercised patience and fought for their connection, he was convinced she would inevitably find her way back to him.
The silence in the room was abruptly shattered by a frantic knock at the door. Kimberly burst into the room, her face pale with panic. “Sam! This is bad! My grandpa and my dad have gone to the Palmer family’s house!”
The urgency in her voice sent a jolt through both Samuel and Jayceon. In an instant, Jayceon shot up from the hospital bed, the sudden movement causing a sharp pain to radiate from his wound. Dizziness washed over him, and he felt as if he might topple back down at any moment.
**Chapter 371**
Meanwhile, at the Palmer residence, chaos was already brewing. Arabella hurried home from the hospital, her heart racing with anxiety. Upon her arrival, she discovered that Sir and Conrad had already stormed into the Palmer house, flanked by a cadre of intimidating bodyguards.
The Melendez family’s presence was overwhelming; their bodyguards were stationed throughout the property, making it feel as if the Palmer home had been overrun. Sir occupied the host’s seat in the living room, exuding an air of authority, while Conrad stood squarely opposite Arabella’s parents, their expressions tense and confrontational.
Roderick and Kayla, filled with concern, instinctively pulled Arabella closer to them, as if shielding her from the brewing storm. Arabella’s eyes fell upon a shattered vase on the floor, a symbol of the tension that filled the air. With a steely expression, she addressed Sir and Chairman Melendez, her voice icy, “Sir, Chairman Melendez, are you really planning to ransack our home and obliterate us in broad daylight?”
Conrad’s finger jabbed in her direction, his tone authoritative and threatening. “You, Palmer, are divorced from my son. If you know what’s good for you, stay far away from him. Don’t interfere in his life, and certainly don’t even think about halting his engagement to Miss!”
Arabella’s voice was firm, each word a declaration of her resolve. “Chairman Melendez, it was your son who foolishly insisted on saving me. For the sake of Auntie Clemons and Kim, I took him to the hospital, covered the medical expenses, hired a caregiver, and I can even offer compensation. What more do you want from me?”
A cold, sarcastic laugh escaped Conrad’s lips. “My son is the heir to the Melendez Corporation. He was injured because of you. With this dilapidated home of yours, what could you possibly offer as compensation?”
“Dad!”
“Mr. Palmer!”
Just then, Emmett and Blaire burst into the house, their expressions shifting from surprise to alarm as they took in the chaotic scene. Without hesitation, they rushed to intervene.
Blaire tackled one of Conrad’s arms, slamming his face onto the coffee table with a fierce determination. “Go on, old man, let’s see how arrogant you feel now!”
Emmett dashed into the kitchen, grabbing a cleaver, his instincts kicking in as he prepared for a fight. But Kayla quickly intervened, panic etched across her face, fearing he might land himself in serious trouble.
Emmett kicked the back of Conrad’s knee, a wicked grin spreading across his face. “Bro, if we can’t take down the younger one, let’s finish off this old man!”
Sir’s voice boomed with authority, filled with a menacing promise. “If you don’t release my son right now, I’ll make sure every single one of you pays dearly!”
