My Deceased Wife Wants a Divorce (Hannah) novel Chapter 368

In the world of business, there was no room for love or family.

As long as there was money to be made, who cared about cheating or a mistress showing up at your door?

Money!

Money was all that mattered!

The more she spoke, the more tempted Gary became, his lips pressed into a thin line as he remained silent.

Cherry nudged him with her elbow. "Once we partner with the Rosenberg family, our company's future will be secure. Then we'll see who dares to look down on us!"

Cherry was already lost in daydreams of the glamorous life that awaited them. The thought alone was intoxicating.

Even Gary had to admit it was a brilliant idea.

"Alright, Cherry. I'll listen to you. I'm going to find Lionel at his office this afternoon and have a serious talk with him!"

After leaving the Temple estate, Hannah and Samuel headed straight for the hospital.

When Sandra had heard about what happened at home, she had been desperate to go back and see for herself.

But she was still hospitalized with her leg injury, and the doctor refused to discharge her.

Besides, her mother had told her everything was already gone, so there was no point in her going back now.

Sandra sat on the hospital bed, her expression vacant. She stared out the window with empty eyes, looking as lifeless as a doll.

She couldn't understand how Hannah had suddenly found the courage to do something like this. Wasn't she afraid of what Lionel would do to her?

At those words, Sandra's eyes flew open in shock.

"What do you mean? Hannah, what are you talking about? Lionel was the one who insisted on giving me those things, I never forced him! Besides, you've already taken everything back, what more could you possibly want?"

"Hannah, I'm warning you, don't think you can do whatever you want just because I haven't fought back! If you push me too far, I'll... I'll really call the police!"

But Hannah was completely unfazed by Sandra's threats.

She casually took out her phone, opened Sandra's Facebook page, and tapped on a random post.

"This trip to Roxa... Lionel paid for it, didn't he? First-class tickets, a hotel room that costs thousands a night, not to mention all the meals and attractions. A week-long trip like this must have cost at least a hundred thousand dollars, right? Don't you think you should at least split it with him?"

After all, she could just tell the world Lionel was making Sandra pay her half back. It wouldn't reflect on her, so Hannah didn't care.
