Owned By The Ruthless Lycan Prince novel Chapter 7

“I pronounce you both a wedded husband and wife,”

A lone tear slipped down from Amelia's eyes, as she continuously recalled those words of the priests while sitting on the bed of his room.

They had taken their wedding vows, they performed all the rituals of their wedding in front of everyone and now they both had become a husband and a wife.

She had become the wife of that man, who was never going to love her.

“Wear this, Amelia,” Sharon's voice took her out of her thoughts.

Amelia looked at Sharon, who was sitting beside her on the bed. Amelia saw her holding a bracelet in her hand which had a pale white stone attached to it.

Holding Amelia's hand, Sharon wrapped that bracelet around her wrist and clasped it.

“It's not an ordinary bracelet, Amelia,” Sharon said to her. Confused, Amelia stared at that bracelet on her wrist, which looked like a normal bracelet to her.

“This bracelet belongs to that person, who had given that curse of infertility to Callum,” those words of Sharon's stunned Amelia. She looked at that bracelet again but now with her widened eyes.

This bracelet belonged to that person who had given him that curse? So why Sharon was giving it to her and how did she have it?

“Why are you giving this to me?” Amelia asked her, bewildered.

“Because this bracelet has been holding that curse which Callum had received and now only you can break this curse,”

Amelia still couldn't understand anything Sharon was saying to her.

“The moment you will conceive with Callum's child, this stone will automatically break and fall from this bracelet,” Sharon spoke out, freezing Amelia's heart completely because now she understood what Sharon meant.

Horror washed over Amelia, which didn't go unnoticed by Sharon, so she placed her palm over Amelia's head and softly caressed it.

“Only you can give birth to his child, Amelia. It's fate and it has always been destiny,” Sharon uttered, and Amelia could sense that her words were holding something much deeper than her awareness.

Why could only she give birth to his child? What could have happened if they both wouldn't have gotten married and he would have killed her? Wouldn't that have broken the curse?

What was the real truth here?

“Never remove this bracelet. No matter what,” Sharon's tone turned sharp and hard, making Amelia aware of how much she meant what she had just told to her.

“Never ever lose it. It will shield you from every worse,” Sharon said.

Amelia trailed her eyes down and looked at that bracelet again. How was this thing going to protect her from bad?

How could his curse act as her blessing?
