A treacherous smirk crept on his face by seeing that look of horror and shock on Amelia's face. He intentionally tightened his grip around that woman's waist and pulled her closer, knowing exactly how much it was going to hurt her….and that was what exactly he wanted.

He wanted to hurt her to the extent she would awfully regret that very second she agreed to marry him.

Horrified and appalled, Amelia stepped down from the bed, seeing him stepping inside the room while that woman continued to remain standing on the door.

That woman didn't put her step inside his room.

Extremely perplexed, Amelia stared at that woman. She couldn't understand anything. She didn't even know why she was here and what was exactly happening here, which turned his grin more malicious.

He had already expected this reaction of hers.

“Shocked to see her here, wolf princess?” His feet paused right in front of her. Tilting her head, Amelia looked at him, completely befuddled, and just by peering into her eyes he understood what she wanted to know.

“Want to know who she is?” His tone turned deep and dark as he gazed into her forest green eyes.

“She is Raelyna….a sorceress,” he uttered to her and Amelia just stared at him, silently.

“She can make anyone do whatever she wants, just like….she made your precious mate, Jared Walton, f*ck her,” as soon as those words came out of his mouth, Amelia's eyes widened in horror. Her body froze.

Did this woman do something to Jared at that moment to make him do all of that against his will? Amelia knew how powerful a sorceress could be.

Did she make Hated cheat on her with her magic?

“Yes, my princess….” he took another step closer to her and gave her the answers which she was needing the most at that moment.

“Last night, when you saw your mate, Jared Woltan, cheating on you with her….” He slanted his face closer to her.

“At that moment, he was under her spell and he did everything that she wanted him to do, especially in front of you,” he softly breathed out to her, who had turned into ice.

Amelia had even forgotten to blink. She just stared at him like a lifeless body. Her fated mate had never intended to cheat on her but this woman made him do it with her powers. She had put a magic spell on Jared to force him to do all of that.

Tears stung Amelia's eyes as the truth started unfolding in front of her.

“The things he said to you last night, they were her words,”

More tears formed in her eyes, hearing him further. Everything Jared had done to her last night, he didn't do it on his own. That woman made him do everything.

Why didn't she try to trust her own mate, who had never even tried to touch her against her own will? Why didn't she trust that man, even whose words had never tried to disrespect her?

Why didn't she trust her mate for once? Just why?

Seeing that pain brimming in her eyes, he felt that brutal urge to hurt her even more. He had started hating her to the edge that now he could go to any extent of insanity to break and shatter her.
