Please Give Me Another Chance, Mrs. Hamilton novel Chapter 808

Even the way Sebastian looked at Nadine became tinged with disappointment.

Although Brad and Nadine had already divorced, he never missed a chance to assert his presence. He was constantly showing his possessiveness over her.

Was this love? Perhaps only Brad would think this way.

Taking a deep breath, Sebastian suppressed the heavy sense of loss in his heart. He then reached out to take Sean's hand, turning toward the hotel. "I'll take you back to the hotel, okay?"

Sean shook his head. "No, I want to stay with Mommy and Daddy." After saying this, he broke free from Sebastian's hold and ran toward Nadine.

At that moment, the cold night wind blew, and the moonlight was serene and cold.

Brad stepped through the silver frost, walking toward Nadine. He had already extinguished the cigarette between his fingers. As he approached her, he smiled faintly.

The night breeze scattered the lingering smell of smoke, leaving only a faint hint of fresh grass in its wake. His distinct masculine scent gently wafted up to Nadine's nose.

Nadine looked up and saw Brad, who was now just a step away from her. His white shirt was impeccably buttoned to the top, his features more refined than before.

"Nad, I'm here." Standing before her, Brad's presence was as serene as the moon above. When he smiled, a subtle warmth could be seen in his eyes.

The warmth in his gaze made Nadine's already unsettled heart skip a beat. Brad had crossed thousands of miles to find her, something she had never imagined would ever happen.

With the windows sealed shut, Jean was unable to tell day from night. She spent the entire day in the basement, cursing Brad nonstop.

Unfortunately for Jean, Brad never appeared before her again. It was clear he had completely given up on Jean, and he wouldn't let her emotions affect him anymore. This was exactly what Jean didn't want to face.

Remembering what Tyler said, Brad had Cameron approach Julia. Although there were no definitive results yet, one thing was certain—Julia knew something.

Brad didn't share this with Nadine but stood quietly in the night breeze, silently observing her.

With his eyes on the man's coat draped over Nadine's shoulders, Brad's gaze darkened.
