“Boss, Connor was there. There was nothing we could do. But the lady promised she’d have the cure done within three days.”

Standing next to Night Eagle was a man in a black mask. He let out a cold laugh, “Connor’s nothing. He was just lucky not to get killed in Southeast Asia three years ago.”

Scar frowned. This masked guy had kept to himself since showing up three years ago. Why was he suddenly getting involved? And why did he hate Connor so much?

Night Eagle waved Scar away. “You’re dismissed.”

“Yes, sir.”

“I know you’ve got a grudge against Connor, but we need that woman to finish the cure. Don’t do anything stupid,” Night Eagle warned the masked man.
