Chapter 68: Ogling at girls like a pervert

Ella instantly got up to walk out of the classroom to call Adrian.

But the moment she had taken a step away from her seat, Jenny entered the class.

Her gaze briefly paused on Ella before she addressed the rest of the class.

Ella frowned but took a seat again.

It seemed like it would be possible for her to call Adrian after classes only.

In the meantime, she only hoped that the big devil wouldn’t build an ice castle around him.

’’Class, today I will be...’’

Jenny’s words were interrupted when Kade stepped inside the classroom, his handsome face covered in a shade of gloom.

The girls also inhaled a deep breath consecutively.

Ella rolled her eyes. A guy entering the class made the bunch of them breathless at the same time?

They really take oxygen for granted, huh!

Still, out of curiosity, she looked towards the girl who had tried to splash paint on her.

Jasmine. In her past life, Kade got married to Jasmine.

Ella was completely disinterested in the affairs and members of the King family so she hadn’t paid them much attention.

The reason why Ella couldn’t recognize Jasmine earlier was because right now, the girl retained her youthful features and delicateness. Even though she seemed conceited, she still had a lively energy around her.

Back then, when she had met Jasmine for the first time, the girl barely smiled. She was arrogant and aloof, and excessively cold. Her now delicate features were gone and she looked old beyond her years.

Since Ella never missed a chance to gather information that could harm Adrian, she had tried to eavesdrop here and there and figured out that Kade and Jasmine had an unhappy marriage, they did not love each other and slept on separate beds.

The only reason they had married was to form an alliance of both their families as Jasmine had a prominent family background as well with her father being a loyal director of the King Empires.

And this alliance was meant to uproot Adrian from his position.

A shadow blocked Ella’s vision, ’’The new day has barely started but you have already begun your business of ogling at girls like a pervert!" A snarky whisper sounded.

Ella looked away from Jasmine, putting her thoughts aside and glanced at Kade, ’’I still have a long way to go when compared to you!"

Ella smiled. Kade glared.

Thunder sizzled in their quiet gazes.

The class looked at the spectacle with interest.

’’Class, settle down!" Jenny furrowed her brows.

After Kade settled in his seat, Jenny spoke up again, ’’So today, I...’’

Another person appeared at the entrance, cutting Jenny off again.

Seeing Ruby, Ella’s eyes lit up.

Kade, who was glaring at her, curled his lips in disgust.

He had thought he was despicable shit of a man already. Then he met this woman!

And suddenly, he was like a god in his own eyes.

Jenny frowned, ’’Ruby, is this the time to enter the class? Do you have a sense of time or respect for your professor?"

She paused and then she suddenly screamed, ’’What... What is this?"

She looked at her white heels that were covered in black paint and at the puddles of paint that had gone unnoticed by her before as it was covered by the desk by the students.

"Who did this?!"

The entire class looked at Ella unanimously.

’’You... Come with me!"

Ella followed the woman out of the class.

’’What do you have to say about that?" Jenny crossed her arms.

’’Nothing.’’

’’So you are accepting your misdeeds? You...’’

"Professor, you saw the paint then you should have seen the student whose clothes were stained with the paint too?" Ella smiled, ’’I am untouched by it yet I was called out of the class without a hint of hesitation on your part. So, what... exactly should I explain?"

Jenny paused, ’’Ella, do you really show no remorse? Are you acting ignorant of the news on forums? Those indecent pictures of you... You really have nothing to say about it all?"

"Those pictures are indeed problematic,’’ Ella sighed.

So problematic that she was actually concerned if Adrian came across them and if he did, how did he react?

Jenny narrowed her eyes ’’So you admit your faults and...’’

’’Professor, I am a student of the prestigious Imperial university yet my privacy is invaded. Someone actually managed to stalk me and click my pictures while I was unaware.
