Chapter 65
Chapter 65
Several strong young men rushed forward to help, while someone ran off to fetch blankets and sheets to cover Juliette. The chaos was palpable – fathy air mingled with the disgusting evidence inside the room, filling every corner with a hauseating stench.

Then one of them–the one who had originally charged at Valerie and was later thrown into the room–looked around, locked eyes with the trembling wrapped–up Juliette, and roared in disbelief, “Why the hell is it you?! Wasn’t it supposed to be Valerie?!”
That single outburst sent ripples through the crowd.
“What does that mean?”
“Did he just say Valerie?”
“Is she involved in this?”
In the corner, Juliette–half–conscious, wrapped in a sheet–suddenly found her voice. Her bloodshot eyes fixed on Valerie, who was now securely protected in Aiden’s arms. She shrieked, her tone venomous and shrill, “Why did you do this to me?! I was your best friend! How could you set me up like this?!”
Her scream pierced the room. All eyes turned to Valerie, stunned, confused, accusatory.
But before anyone could respond, the crowd parted again.
A bodyguard stormed in, dragging a waiter by the collar and throwing him to the floor.
The waiter collapsed, shaking all over, eyes wide with terror, already sobbing uncontrollably.
“Wait a minute–wasn’t that the same guy who spilled an entire tray of drinks on Valerie earlier?”
“What the hell is going on now?”
The tall bodyguard who brought him in didn’t waste time. “This server was acting suspiciously. After he splashed wine all over Mrs. Ainsworth, Mr. Aiden suspected it was deliberate and ordered an investigation. We followed him and found him trying to dispose of these.”
He held up a transparent bag with two vials inside.
Juliette’s eyes widened. Her heart skipped a beat. No… those.

The bodyguard continued, “Lab results show these vials contain illegal stimulant compounds–very potent. Once ingested, men become… extremely excited. It’s hard to resist, even for the strongest.”
Gasps erupted from all sides. “You mean… like an aphrodisiac?”
“And there were two guys in there… oh my god…
Everyone instantly understood what had happened.
“And we also found Juliette’s fingerprints on both bottles,” the bodyguard added.
“Holy crap. She tried to blame Valerie and just got served hard.”

“Damn. This is what you call karma.”
Juliette’s body shook violently. Her voice cracked as she tried to deny it. “N–no way… you’re wrong! That can’t be how could my fingerprints beon. those things?!”
The bodyguard, clearly prepared for this, pulled out two documents and tossed them to the ground. “Toxicology and fingerprint reports Verified and signed. And now-” he turned, glaring at the quivering waiter, giving him a brutal kick, “-tell them. Where did you get it?”
The waiter, trembling from head to toe, immediately dropped to his knees, bawling.
“A young lady gave them to me… she told me to spike the drinks for those two men. Then–then she told me to spill wine all over Miss Valerie. As much as possible. She promised me thirty thousand dollars. I–I didn’t know what she was trying to do. If I’d known she wanted to set up Miss Clark like that, swear–I would’ve never done it!”
The confession left the crowd breathless. Aiden’s expression turned icy.
The aura around him was strong as he delivered a savage kick to the waiter’s chest. “Look again. Open your damn eyes. Who got assaulted in that room?
The waiter winced, barely able to breathe, and turned his eyes toward the shaking figure curled under the sheets–Juliette.
Juliette’s entire body went cold. She clutched the blanket like a lifeline, lips trembling as she sobbed, “No–it wasn’t me–it wasn’t me–it was Valentina! It was her idea!”
The crowd parted again. All eyes turned to Valentina, whose face instantly drained of color. She panicked and tried to run. But it was too late.
Someone grabbed her before she could escape, yanking her back into the center of the room. “No–it wasn’t me! She’s crazy! You can’t believe a word she says!” Valentina screamed.
But the waiter pointed at her immediately, voice desperate and certain. “It was her! She’s the one who paid me! She told me what to do!”
The accusation hit like a thunderclap.
Valentina’s face turned ghostly white. “Lies! She’s framing me! Valerie must’ve paid him to say that! How much did she give you?!”
But she froze mid–sentence, because she felt it–the icy stare burning into her, colder than death.
Aiden stood tall, towering over her like a predator. His gaze was merciless and emotionless, as if he were looking at something already crushed underfoot.
