Chapter 688
“So you’ve even become a big shot now, huh? You’re really doing well. Let’s see!” The woman spat through gritted teeth
After saying that, she immediately put on her sunglasses, disappearing into the surging crowd soon..
Cameron and Amelia kept chatting
ance knocked on the door.
But Amelia refused to budge. “Honey, you can sleep yourself tonight. I’m sleeping with Cam.”
“Absolutely not,” Lance refused without hesitation.
Amelia tugged on his arm, acting all cute. “Honey…”
Lance sighed, “Seriously, what else could you two possibly have to talk about? What’s more, you’ve been chatting all night already.”
Amelia grinned, “It’s a girl thing, you wouldn’t get it.”
Lance grabbed her hand. “Come back with me.”
“Cam, help me.” Amelia held onto Cameron’s hand.
But Cameron gently pushed her hand away and waved playfully. “Good night, Lance, Amelia.”
Without another word, Lance picked Amelia up and tossed her over his shoulder.
Amelia didn’t know what to say as Lance carried her out of the room.
Cameron closed the door and went to the bathroom to take a shower.
She hadn’t changed her clothes since last night, so she felt very uncomfortable now.
After her shower, Cameron dried her hair and was just about to text Bradley that she was going to sleep when she noticed a message sent by him a few minutes earlier.
Bradley: [Cam, looks like your family’s already given me the green light. Tomorrow, I’ll go back and let my parents know I’ve decided to settle down in Viremont.]
After reading Cameron was stunned.
‘Tomorrow? Isn’t that a bit too fast?‘ She wondered, ‘Why is everyone in such a hurry except me and Gavin?‘
Cameron: [Brad, I think we should talk/this over more. You don’t have to rush into anything like that.]
Bradley: [Cam, I’ve really thought it over.]
Seeing the message, Cameron paused momentarily.

Chapter 688
After thinking for a while, she replied: [Brad, I really think we should be more cautious about this.]
Bradley: [Cam, I’m not an impulsive man. In fact, I’m actually quite meticulous. I’ve already decided to be with you, and you don’t have to worry about anything–I’ll take care of everything.J
As Cameron read Bradley’s message, she could feel the stubbornness in his words.
It was clear he wasn’t going to change his mind, so she’d better not waste her breath trying to talk him out of it.
But deep down, Cameron wasn’t sure what the future held for her.
Cameron replied, setting her phone down. [Good night.]
Bradley lay in bed, staring up at the white ceiling with a faint smile tugging at his lips.
He was just in a guest room, so he couldn’t wait to move into Cameron’s room for real. Just the thought made his smile grow even wider.
Last night, he and Cameron had shared a room, but nothing had happened between them.
It wasn’t that he didn’t find her attractive, but because he just respected her and kept his desire in check.
He’d already set his heart on being with her.
Looked like it was time to choose a place for their future together–a real marital home. After he made a quick trip back to Steerfall tomorrow, he’d come here again and go check out houses.
Of course, he’d definitely bring Cameron along for the hunt. After all, she was going to be the hostess, so it must be to her
taste.
