Spoiled By My Nine Beast Husbands (Emma Tibarn) novel Chapter 260

**When She Opened the Door to the Life She Was Afraid to Live by Nora Vale Kingsley**
**Chapter 260: One at a Time**

A wave of happiness crashed over Kieran, so sudden and overwhelming that he found himself momentarily speechless, caught off guard by the sheer intensity of the moment.

Corvin, standing nearby, was already slick with perspiration, the tension radiating off him palpable.

“Em-Emma, isn’t this… a bit too many people?” he stammered, his voice trembling slightly as he glanced around the room, his eyes wide with uncertainty.

Are we really going through with this alongside Marcus and the others? Can Emma truly manage it all?

Edric, his brow furrowed with concern, turned his gaze to Emma. “Emma, are… are you certain we’re all doing this together?” His voice was laced with anxiety, his mind racing.

Hadn’t she always insisted that these things should be approached one at a time? What on earth is happening tonight?

Marcus stood there, utterly stunned, his posture rigid as if he were frozen in place, unable to move or respond.

“Ms. Tibarn, can you handle it?” he finally managed to ask, his tone a mix of disbelief and concern.

Typically, even just one of them would leave her drained, requiring a couple of days to recuperate. The thought of facing all four at once felt almost surreal, like a scenario pulled straight from a fantasy.

Kieran remained silent, yet the excitement flickering in his eyes betrayed his thoughts—he was on the brink of forging a bond with Emma, and it was happening faster than he had ever anticipated.

The unexpectedness of it all took him by surprise, leaving him feeling as if he were floating in a dreamlike state.

Emma swept her gaze over the group, stifled a yawn, and without uttering a word, confidently strode into the room.

Corvin, almost tripping over himself in his eagerness, hurried to follow her, his nerves bubbling just beneath the surface.

Edric clenched his fists, tension coiling within him like a tightly wound spring. Tonight was his chance to impress Emma—there was no way he would let the others outshine him. Not tonight.

Marcus, casting a cool, appraising glance at Edric, Corvin, and Kieran, pondered silently.

With all three of them here, is Ms. Tibarn still going to chain me tonight? The thought sent a shiver of anticipation down his spine.

Kieran trailed behind Marcus, his mind a whirlwind of thoughts. He needed to perform well, to make Emma happy. He recalled how she admired his pearls and considered whether he should shed a few tears later—would she appreciate that?

As the last one to enter, Kieran turned back to close the door behind them, sealing them into a world of uncertainty and excitement.

Corvin, standing closest to Emma, took a deep breath and reached for her hand, his cheeks flushed with a mixture of excitement and anxiety. “Emma, who goes first? Or should we all go together?” he whispered, his voice barely above a murmur.

Emma smiled warmly, brushing her face against his in a gentle gesture of reassurance. She pointed to the far left side of the bed. “Corvin, lie down there.”

That was her usual spot, the place where she felt most comfortable, and Corvin obeyed without hesitation, settling into the space she designated for him. He adjusted his collar slightly, a sly grin creeping onto his face. Being chosen first by Emma clearly indicated her preference for him.

With Corvin in position, Emma turned her attention to Edric.

“Edric, you lie down there,” she instructed, gesturing to a spot about three feet away from Corvin.

Edric’s Adam’s apple bobbed nervously as he rushed to comply, lying down quickly, his heart racing with anticipation.

Emma’s intentions for the night remained shrouded in mystery, but one thing was certain—it was going to be an exhilarating adventure.
