The Billionaire Twins Need A New Mommy! novel Chapter 249

Chapter 249: What a dick!

During the day, they (Lola, Atlas, Chacha, and Second) would spend time together doing anything they could think of: playing, strolling around the main town, anything that kept them under the sun — no phones, no work, no distractions.

But once night fell, and the twins were asleep, Lola would find herself in Atlas’ arms. Since that night it first happened, and every night that followed, there wasn’t a single night he let her go. Somehow, thanks to that, it began to feel more natural for them, and her body was slowly adapting to his insane stamina.

Just like tonight.

In the small clearing near the family cabin, the men, including Baby, sat beneath the trees with grim expressions. They stared at the small cabin they had built overnight with dread; the bags under their eyes were dark and heavy.

It was the third night since they arrived, and for the past two days, they hadn’t slept properly. The reason? That faint moaning that was coming from the family cabin. It wasn’t loud, but in this quiet area, it sounded more haunting than it should.

"He’s gonna kill us, isn’t he?" one of the men muttered, staring into nothing with blank eyes. "How do you think he’ll do it, though? Hang us upside down and slit our necks to drain us of our blood?"

"How is it our fault that we’re hearing the madam’s moaning?"

"He’s right. Why is it our fault? If anything, we wish we didn’t hear a thing."

"Damn..." Another man covered his ears, his eyes dropping to his groin as he felt himself react. "I just want to go home to my wife."

"That inconsiderate jerk," the next one hissed, glaring in the direction of the sound. "He’s probably doing this on purpose. He wants the whole world to know he’s putting that dick to good use!"

"What a dick!"

They all let out a collective sigh. After working for the man for years, they knew Atlas was doing this on purpose. Knowing him, he would’ve set up microphones and speakers across the nation just so everyone would know what he was doing — and who was screaming his name every night. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

"Petty bastard."

They clicked their tongues, but cursing him was all they could do. Moving away wasn’t an option. Then, one of them suddenly asked,

"Is he trying to get her pregnant?"

The last day of their spontaneous trip came in a flash. The shadow of the canopy and the mild midday sun danced across Lola’s sleeping face as she napped under the tree. Slowly, she opened her eyes, hearing the twins’ faint voices nearby.

"I fell asleep," she whispered, though she wasn’t confused about how she ended up under the tree.

That morning, she and the twins had taken a walk before returning to the cabin. Since the twins wanted to play with Baby, she settled under the tree where their little picnic was laid out.

Propping her elbow on the thin cloth beneath her, she sat up and quickly spotted the twins playing catch with their father. Her mouth curved upward as her sleepy eyes softened, watching Atlas stand beside a basket full of baseballs while the twins clutched baskets of their own.

It didn’t look like a normal game of catch. Instead of gloves, the twins were holding baskets, using them to catch the balls.

Her face twitched as she gave him a look of disbelief.

"Obviously, they didn’t win," he stated, making the two children cry right into Lola’s ears. "A bet is a bet. Don’t pull tricks now."

Lola was about to stop him from being harsh when the twins lifted their heads, glaring at their father with an expression she’d never seen on their adorable faces.

"Fine," Chacha clicked her tongue and let Lola go. "Father Sir, you should protect Mommy tonight!"

Second sat on her other side. "If she gets abducted again, we won’t let you borrow her."

"..." Lola opened and closed her mouth, only to see Atlas shrug.

"That will not happen," he said.

Her face twisted as the three of them quickly reached an agreement — as if Lola were a commodity. She wanted to tell the twins she hadn’t actually been sleeping with them, but rather she had been sneaking her out every night, and Atlas was only carrying her back before sunrise. But they already believed that, because of them, any abduction attempt hadn’t happened.

So she let it go and simply smiled.

Yep, she thought. This is something I’m also getting used to... and I don’t think I mind.

"Haha..." she chuckled, covering her lips with the back of her hand.

As she laughed, the trio turned to her with confused, curious looks. They tilted their heads in unison, but she just laughed on, the midday sun making her glow beautifully.
