“Rico, Rico,” he added and Alessa's expression darkened immediately which Diablo noticed.

“Oh, I’m sorry. I forgot that you don't like to talk about him.” he apologized and Alessa nodded a little.

“It's fine.”

“But we should talk about him though, you need to talk… “

“Give me the damn papers Diablo.” Alessa raised her voice and he raised his hands in the air as he chuckled.

“Okay, okay. Fine.” he smiled and pulled out a file.

He was about to stretch it to her when the door opened. Alessa turned to the door and sighed seeing who it was.

“A fucking ten-year-old.” Alessa shook her head as one of Diablo’s men pulled Tracy fully into the room.

“Boss, we caught her snooping around. We wanted to ignore it but she was doing too much.” The guard said.

“That's a lie, I was just looking around,” Tracy replied with a glare and looked at Alessa then smiled.

“Hi, Alessa,” she said with a smile and Alessa rolled her eyes at her.

“Do you know her?” Diablo asked, looking back and forth between Tracy and Alessa.

“Hmm, a friend,” Alessa replied and Diablo chuckled.

“Since when does the wolf have a friend?” he asked and Alessa sighed.

“Come on, Diablo. I am exhausted and I need to rest then call my kids. Just give me the damn papers.” Alessa said, stretching her hands to him.

Diablo was about to hand them to her but paused again.

“No,” he replied and Alessa raised her brows.

“No?”

“No. Your friend did something wrong so she should face the consequences.”

“What? I did nothing… “

“Shut the fuck up!” Alessa snapped and Tracy and she kept quiet immediately.

She turned to Diablo and tried to settle what was happening calmly. It could all go wrong in minutes, these men won’t miss a chance to kill someone. It's fun for them.

“Look, I know she did something wrong and it’s my fault that I brought her but she is not in our world anyway so let it go. I will make it up to you.” Alessa said calmly.

Diablo looked around like he was thinking about it for a few seconds. He looked at Alessa again and smiled.

“No.” he chuckled.
