The Erotica Heroine Trapped in a Horror Game novel Chapter 6

Clatter.

The knife and fork slipped from Luther’s grasp, crashing onto the floor with a sharp, ringing sound that echoed through the room.

Though his face was shrouded in the swirling black mist, I could sense the shock radiating from him like a tangible wave.

The Annoying One.

Without hesitation, I grabbed Luther by the collar, pulling him closer until there was no space between us. I pressed my lips firmly against his, sliding the cherry from my mouth into his. Our tongues met briefly—he tried to pull away, but I ignored his resistance. I bit down gently on the cherry, letting its sticky, overly sweet juice trickle slowly between us.

Only after he swallowed did I finally break the kiss.

Suddenly, the black mist enveloping him flared violently, bursting outward like a storm unleashed. I smiled, curling a finger teasingly toward him.

“There’s still the cream,” I said with a light, playful tone. “Want a taste?”

“You—you’ve got no shame!” Luther’s voice came out ragged, a mix of anger and panic.

I chuckled softly. “Don’t tell me that was your first kiss.”

He turned his head away, refusing to meet my eyes. Yet the mist around him seemed curious, drifting closer to me, brushing lightly against my skin before curling protectively in a soft embrace.

“You’re not allowed to like her!” Luther muttered, sounding sulky and flustered.

The mist hesitated for a moment, then quickly pulled back.

I was about to tease him again when the system’s cold, mechanical voice cut through the tension.

[Side quest: “The Boss’s Banquet” has ended.]

[No deaths detected. Random Hunt Mode initializing.]

The atmosphere shifted instantly. Luther’s aura sharpened, turning icy and tense. Slowly, he lifted his gaze, eyes locking onto the buzz-cut man across the room.

A chilling killing intent filled the space, so cold it made my skin crawl.

Then—

Boom!

The buzz-cut man exploded into a cloud of blood mist, dissipating into the air.

After the execution, Luther turned and walked away without a word.

Ignoring the stunned expressions of the remaining players, I hurried to follow him. But the moment we stepped into the next room, his form dissolved into a swirl of black mist and vanished completely.

Damn it. He was deliberately avoiding me.

The next morning brought grim news: two more players had died.
