Chapter 344 Her Whole World Collapsed
She normally would never show up in front of the Nygards, and she wouldn’t openly meet Gianna.
She was probably worried someone might notice and expose their connection.
So this unusual move must have a hidden reason. Amelia frowned, lost in thought.
She guessed that maybe Regina did this because Raymond told her to. Maybe to test something.
Or maybe just boosting Gianna’s image.
Regina dressed up like some random country woman, probably to make everyone think Gianna was well- liked and kind-hearted.
Since Regina dared to show up in front of the Nygards, Amelia didn’t mind letting them know even more.
There’s no point letting Gianna’s little performance go to waste.
Amelia smirked mischievously, then took out her phone and sent an anonymous message to Emery.
She believed that once Emery saw that message, she would be shocked, maybe even have her whole world rocked.
At the Nygard Residence.
Ever since Gianna was brought back home, Emery treated her even better than before.
She made sure Gianna had everything she wanted, constantly checked on her, and seemed to adore her more each day.
“Mom, you don’t have to take care of me all the time. You can just go hang out with your friends,” Gianna said sweetly.
She played the part of the thoughtful, caring daughter perfectly.
“It’s not a big deal to hang out with them. If I hang out every day, I’ll get bored. It’s rare that you’re home all the time. It’s better to sit and talk with you,” Emery said, feeling emotional for a moment.
She imagined growing old with her children around her, chatting and spending time together. It would be warm and comforting.
“It’s still better to have daughters. Daughters are more caring.” She sighed again.
Hearing that, Gianna quickly followed the topic on purpose.
“Yeah, like Amelia. She’s capable and also a good daughter to you. I haven’t seen her for a long time.
“It would be so nice if she moved back home so the whole family could be together.”
The moment Amelia was mentioned, Emery’s expression soured.
She did want Amelia to come back and be as close as they used to be.

Chapter 344 Her whole wond Compsey
But when someone changes, there’s no pulling them back. They just get more and more frustrating.
“Let’s not talk about her. She’s not coming back.”
Emery basically wanted to give up now.
Her adopted daughter listened better than her real daughter. She already treated Gianna like her own.
That rebellious daughter knew that she had almost gotten hurt, and she still didn’t care.
How could she expect her real daughter to stay by her side when she got old?
She would be lucky if Amelia didn’t make her angry to death.
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got, so she told Gianna to drop the subject.
Seeing how disappointed and resentful Emery was toward Amelia, Gianna secretly felt pleased.
Suddenly, Emery’s phone buzzed twice.
Her phone was already in her hand, so she opened it without thinking.
It was from an unknown number.
Normally, she’d ignore texts like that and just delete them.
But she accidentally opened it. When she saw the content, her eyes went wide.
Total shock.
“Mom, what’s wrong?”
Her reaction was so obvious that Gianna couldn’t miss it.
“Uh, nothing. I just lost money playing cards before. I didn’t expect to lose this much.”
Emery quickly made up an excuse.
Then she rushed upstairs to her room, and while walking she said, “I need to call my friends. I have to win it
back.”
She was already on the second floor, heading into her room.
Gianna didn’t suspect anything. She just pouted. Once alone, let a look of disdain cross her face.
She already knew Emery loved to play cards.
Sometimes she couldn’t help but feel jealous. These rich ladies had such easy lives. They didn’t need to do anything; their days were filled with spa trips, vacations, and card games.
Meanwhile, in Emery’s room. Her hands were shaking as she opened that message again.
It was an MMS-no text, just a few photos.
2/3 The photos showed Raymond being intimate with another woman!
They weren’t angled shots or photoshopped.
Obviously taken by someone in secret.
In the photos, the husband she trusted most was holding another woman.
They looked extremely close!
Emery felt her whole world collapse. Her phone nearly slipped from her hand.
Her breath quickened; her heart felt like it was being squeezed.
The husband, who was always so gentle and caring in front of her, was getting intimate with someone else in these pictures.
